Golf and restaurant/bar is nearby cottages and rooms. Buffet dinner was a real bargain.
Limited breakfast choices.
The resort was beautiful! Golf course amazing and there was a small grocery store ( very expensive) on the property. Other amenities.... Pools, park, resturant etc.
It was so far from town.... Too far for a young family and Quite a distance from the lakes. Although they had very nice pools but we didn't come to the area to sit by a pool.... The lakes and wineries
Bar/restaurant was very busy with a golf tournament so it was difficult to enjoy a relaxing dinner Bed seemed small (queen, we are used to a king!)
we really like the lay out of our queen suite and the beautiful view of the golf course; the ensuite was spacious and tastefully decorated.
the minimum availability of sidewalks on the property....couldn't find the nearby trails for hiking.
We were given a room overlooking the parking lot beside the exit door , which light shone in our room all night.
We enjoyed everything. The food was good, everyone was so friendly & helpful. The hiking & the practise area was great.
Loved the views, the cottage, the food and the peaceful environment.
Our check in was 2 hours later than the posted time. We were given one free drink each while we waited....and waited .....and waited.
Great Location. Beautiful scenery. Excellent dining room with very good food
Not as clean as we might like had to wait 3 hours to check in. Staff not really willing to change pre assigned room till I demanded. It was well after 4 PM before getting a room assigned to us
Room was amazing. Among the best we've seen. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed
TV signal was poor, bed was surprisingly uncomfortable.
The pool at the rec centre, the staff and food at the restaurant, the coffee shop baked goods, the room 113 at the lodge. The view is lovely. The beds were comfy. We liked the place so much we booked in on our return cross country.
There were flies in the restaurant, and some very persistent ones, both evening and morning. Disturbing to see them landing on uncovered food at the breakfast buffet. Staff need to make eradicating them a priority. The second unit 223 was showing signs of wear on the sofa and tabletops.
Close to pool for the kids Quiet facility
When booking we were informed at check in we should have specified number of beds. We had a unit with 4 single beds. Not a comfortable nights sleep at all.
The scenery is absolutely stunning, the facilities are amazing and the staff are welcoming-what more could you ask for?
The studio apartment is large, offering a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining areas and big bathroom in a well-designed lay-out. The view is tremendous.
The phone didn't work. I would have also loved to have had black-out curtains for sleeping.
No café available after 8pm
The room was well appointed and had an excellent kitchen. We would ask for a room facing the golf course next time as it was very noisy facing the parking lot. Too bad they didn't design the lodge around a park area with all the land they have. We don 't golf but enjoyed the easy walk trails and fitness centre. The small store was convenient and had a good selection.
We were disappointed in the dining room experience. It was written up as highly rated but it lacked decor and ambiance. Service was poor and the portions were small. They need to decide if they want to serve golfers or guests who like to get dressed up and have linen on the tables.
golf course location, full kitchen, wifi, excellent health club
Booking.com didn't give us a bed choice and we got a cabin with 4 single beds! (we are a couple!!!) There was nothing else available! Be VERY careful if using Booking.com you don't know what kind of bed type you will get. Next time we'll book on the resorts website. The single beds we like sleeping on boards, I'm glad we were only there one night!
The room was perfect with a convenient fully equipped kitchen. I enjoyed the peaceful location, and the amenities.
Can't think of anything.
The bes was the worst I have stayed in
Facility, cleanness and view
Price! Overcharged with their tAx. Resort tax? 3 nights got charged 150 extra taxes. They should disclose tht when posting their rate
Everything. We stayed in a 1-bedroom studio overlooking the golf course and it was a comfortable haven that we didn't want to leave. Wished we had left Banff a night earlier to allow an extra night at Predator Ridge.
Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Little customer service skills.
PR did adjust our rate immediately when we showed them the booking. Why didn't you notify us? We will book through them not you. You either bait and switch or don't thoroughly do your job.
Our room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 3. Our paperwork said between 2 and 3. They had no record of the king bed reservation from you. Our room was ready after 4:15.
Facilities, golf courses and clubhouse, location in Okanagan.
Room was adjacent to pool and noise was sometimes a nuisance.
Gorgeous rustic style. Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Very nice room - the kitchen was very useful.
No cots - one of us had to sleep on floor. We came up to watch our son's golf tournament but was very disappointed that we couldn't rent a cart for his grandparents to get around he course to watch.
