Loved everything at the hotel staff were great when you could find them bed was comfortable and clean

Only one power outlet that was behind the bed, needed it for a sleep apnea machine which was fine once it was plugged in, the next morning however when I got up I stepped on a piece of glass, that did not come from myself or my companion, when I went to inform the front desk and no one was there and the number left, no one was answering the phone. Stepping on the broken piece of glass resulted in needing a tetnis shot, and a trip to the local hospital

The staff were extremely friendly and warm! They helped us pick the best sightseeing spots and made us feel right at home!

Absolutely nothing - this was a very cute and elegant facility! I have no complaints!!

Location was great. Very clean and the bed was a great sleep. Parking was never a problem. Free laundry was a bonus.

The continental breakfast was the same everyday and not enough variety. This was the only disappoint ment.

The room was very clean, everything I needed was there, it was close to the centre, the staff was very friendly, it's quiet, the bed was awesome, there is a great restaurant next door! A great place for easygoing people who like to selfservice.

The staff isn't there 24hrs, one needs to call them, if you don't have a canadian cell phone, it's a stupid cost just to get in. Luckely the restaurant next door was open and so friendly to call the owners. The fridge in the room makes a lot of noise. There were no maps of the region of touristic brochures.

Decent location, comfortable room. Building has character

This a bed and breakfast not a hotel; there is no onsite staff. No elevator

I was traveling on business. No charge parking, free wifi, free coffee & tea and continental breakfast are all great value. Immaculate, comfortable and attention to detail. Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. No better place to be during a winter storm!

Absolutely nothing You need to add a " business travel" to question one

The Spanish Bay is beautiful. We loved that the Inn was located right in downtown. We stayed for new years eve so it was within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!

We arrived around 3pm to check in and there was no one there. We had to call a number and have someone come to meet us and check us in. It was very strange. No one advised us of checkout times or breakfast. When we went to check out there also was no one there. Only a note saying to leave the key on the desk. I felt like I was staying at someones home and not at a hotel where there is always staff on hand to help you and answer questions if you were to have any.

We enjoyed the décor and the suite was great. All was clean and comfortable.

It was disconcerting not to have anyone there when we arrived. Someone must have misread the times. Fortunately we had a cell phone. Breakfast was pretty basic. Hard to get a good cup of coffee.

The location, comfortable bed, and lovely furnishings in the common rooms

The lack of staff, especially during the breakfast time. Coffee was not made, and the menu choices available were not varied.

This hotel was an old hotel with upgrades. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good restaurants were in walking distance and the harbour in right out front to walk by or just enjoy.

Nicely appointed rooms and interior. Comfortable, quiet and a fantastic location. Some of the extra perks like laundry, breakfast and snacks made this a great choice.

The room we stayed in was dimly lit.
