Location and quiet.

Bedroom in suite was sparsely furnished.

The room decor was wonderful and the jacuzzi and thick, plush towels were great. Everything was clean. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Having only one pkg. of coffee and having to pay for more. It would have been nice to have had a decaf and a regular brew at least. It just seemed chintzy.

Nothing bad at all

I love this hotel. When in off season and the prices are good always stay at a prestige.

The room I got was loud loud loud. From the heater to the water. Kept me up a bit and woke me up a couple time. The mini fridge in the room had a high pitch scream and the heating wAs not to much better. Worst prestige stay yet. It was actually only the first bad saty at the prestige.

General condition. Well kept and finished.

On our last night, our room was surrounded by guests from tour buses and they were very noisy from 5 AM until they left. I mentioned it when checking out and the hotel staff said they would make a note on our file. (a bit lame) It seems that the hotel (huge) does well with conventions, tours and special events. For the time of year, the room rate could have been a bit more competitive.

Location and the spa

The hotel lacked atmosphere, staff at the front desk did not smile much and they messed up my bill - in my favour but I had to point out the error. I was underwhelmed with the service. Also, the elevator has a poor ride.

Gorgeous location and spectacular views! Room was very nice.

I was overcharged by more than $50? Although the girl at the front desk did correct it, I/she was not sure of why? I almost left the resort before figuring this out and had to turn around to go back to get it straightened out. She did not show me the final bill at checkout-she just folded the receipt and gave it to me-so we didn't look at it until we were driving away and then we realized that it was wrong.

Staff was friendly

My family and I found the hotel room very dirty. And dishes were left in the hall way for over 20 hours. We found that very disgusting for the price we paid for the room. If I new it would be like that I would have stayed some where else.

The waterfront setting,the Art Show and the Roots and Blues displays.The proximity to trails and the in room map provided. The fridge and microwave were a bonus and the A/C worked very well. Nice roomy bathroom,tub and shower.

The phone system.We tried dialing out several times and it did not work,we called the front desk and she was to check it out and it never did work.We followed the instructions by dialing 9 first. We had requested King but had 2 queens,comfortable though.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were excelent. One elevator for guest and staff use is a joke in a hotel that size.

As mentioned above the elevator situation is very poor. The grounds are not as represented on the internet. Cafe and restaurant hours are unusual to say the least,pub staff were very good.Spa hours were not usefull for a holiday weekend. Parking is not good.Having to pay for music on the TV is terrible,in fact at the room prices the Free TV should be greatly expanded.

Not much. Will not stay there again. Dirty balcony full of Bird droppings Requested it be cleaned but never happened. Room cleaning service done Dailey but bear minimum.verry noisy. Booked well in advance and was given a room right across from elevator. Wedding in hotel and extremely noisy singing in hallway riding baggage cart up and Down ,cursing and swearing . Problems on billing. Requested 2nd room to be billed on our account we phoned front desk to insure it would be done and our son was made to pay for it when he checked out. Not offered any re-imbersment for our inconveniences . Istay at the Prestige in Golden B.C. a lot on work trips to the area and am quite pleased with their accomodation . The Salmon Arm Hotel is One of the worst experiences my wife and I have ever had.

The location! The room we stayed in had a balcony overlooking the lake and wildlife sanctuary! Spectacular!

The outdoor pool and hot tub were out of service!

酒店泳池有些特色。湖景房景观还可以。但镇子太小，能选择的餐饮和休闲活动不多。

It was on the lake at right. Near town as well

The rooms were very well presented. We were upgraded to a lake view. We loved the restaurant and thought it was good value for money.

Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance when we were there.

- View on the lake. - Osprey eagles nesting in full view of our room. That was great! - Staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Lifts are slow - Not enough coffee. There was only one sachet for the 2 of us. Isn't this a 4-star hotel? - The outer door on the balcony didn't work properly.

Quiet, friendly, professional. Have stayed here before, and will go back again.

Lovely setting. Good location in middle of town. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast food only marginal!
