Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland  

We liked the location in Rossland, close to Red Mountain.

The room was too expensive for the size and comfort. The bed was really uncomfortable, the room was too hot and the overall facility seemed dated. I left feeling ripped off. We have stayed in much nicer and more comfortable hotels for less money. I would not have paid the amount we did if I knew the room would be so small and uncomfortable. Too bad.

The hotel itself and rooms were decent.

There was a wedding reception right underneath our room on the second night where the music was so loud it was shaking the fixtures in our bathroom. The noise went on until 1230am. We called the front desk and were brushed off rudely and told that we should expect this kind of thing at a hotel. I would never stay there again due to this and we were angry we did not get refunded as we got no sleep that night.

Location and parking (at rear side of building).

Lack of service and staff. Rooms were made up late in the afternoon. Staff consisted of one person at the front desk and two house maids. Room needed repairs. Bathroom sink was badly chipped. Hanger was missing from bathroom door. (Was previously broken off and painted over.) Carpet was not clean. Lack of towel rails in bathroom. No breakfast service, other than a pot of coffee. Hotel has a dreary, lifeless look throughout. Hotel is not worth the price.

they had made a mistake on our reservation and upgraded for no extra charge.

I thought it was in poor taste to charge 79 cents a minute for a local call. especially when you are paying 200.00 a night for a room. It would be nice to have a restaurant in it that opened before 4:00

Elevator was not working anf the exercise room was meagre.

Great location.

We paid way too much for the small room. It was clean and updated. Way too small for what we paid. Hot tub was smaller than the one at home. Great staff and the bar was hoppin. I stayed at a much nicer place last year in Vail for less and was much nicer.

Lovely room, spacious and very clean

Lighting needed during the day as it was a little dark
