Although I had my reservation number, the girl at the registration desk gave me some trouble and kept me wait for an hour. She told me that she was awaiting a fax from booking.com to confirm my room. We are libing at an era of technology and this girl was talking about faxxxxx confirmation.

The location is good,just 5minutes drive to Eaton Center,and to the subway just 10 minutes walk. The parking space is very narrow because of too many billars,and 23 dollars for one day.If u drive a car,I don't recommand u choose this hotel,but if u have confidence about your parking skill,it's a good choice

no issues very helpful and needed concierge. There needs to be notice about the low parking. Had I brought my other vehicle it would not have fit in the very low, and very tight parking garage. This needs to be noted prior to traveling. elevators were very slow.

We had to stay overnight in the city due to an early morning appointment and the Best Western Primrose suited our location choice and price. Everything was wonderful right from when we arrived to when we left the next afternoon. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We have to go back to the city in the fall and plan on staying there again. The elevators are a bit slow and we had trouble figuring out the card in the elevator for the parking levels but we were given help from great cleaning staff.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, walking distance to the Eaton's Center, parking,.and a Tim's right off the lobby! This place has it all for a weekend away to pamper yourself without breaking the bank! That ramp in to the underground parking is a little tricky but it certainly wouldn't deter me from staying there again.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias y se encuentra ubicado en pleno Downtown El baño se veía bastante viejo y no daba sensación de limpieza, pero lo peor es que estaban haciendo trabajos en las habitaciones contiguas. El primer día comenzaron a las 3:00 pm (supongo que es una hora aceptable) pero al día siguiente nos despertaron con los trabajos a las 7:00 am. Inaceptable. El estacionamiento es realmente costoso, pero lo es así en todo Dowtown Toronto

La atención del personal y la limpieza Si bien tiene una ubicación céntrica sus alrededores no resultan muy agradables. El parking es interno y dentro del hotel mismo pero sus dimensiones son estrechas dificultando las maniobras, especialmente con vehículos grandes

OK location, quite close to Yonge Street and the Eaton Centre. Spacious Rooms and good view on downtown if you are on the right side. The beds were so comfortable! Like most hotels in US/Canada you can feel the age. Facilities are old and a bit heavy.
