Breakfast was Ice cold (4 Days) Roomservice did a bad job cleaning Guest service very poor except from a young English lady Would not recomend the Hotel Elevators very slow most of the time only 2 out of 4 in use

the location is good and close to younge street and also to arabic and other resturant. room is clean also the toilet the staff was not kind and rude also the room service isn't that good

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, walking distance to the Eaton's Center, parking,.and a Tim's right off the lobby! This place has it all for a weekend away to pamper yourself without breaking the bank! That ramp in to the underground parking is a little tricky but it certainly wouldn't deter me from staying there again.

La atención del personal y la limpieza Si bien tiene una ubicación céntrica sus alrededores no resultan muy agradables. El parking es interno y dentro del hotel mismo pero sus dimensiones son estrechas dificultando las maniobras, especialmente con vehículos grandes
