Breakfast n breakfast staff
PARKING IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM ROOMS ARE FAIRLY NOISY AS WELL
Very. NIce rooms and a very nice buffet breakfast offered
Didn't like the parking situation having to share a small parking lot with the oasis Aqua lounge
The front desk was very helpful though I had requested on site parking it was comfortable. The homeless in the area is a concern in a City with so much.
Limited Restaurant facilities and lack of room service.
Breakfast, near the center
I didnt like the breakfast they didnt have many varieties and usually hotel make your own egg but they dont you need to pay for it so i think it doesnt worth the money and the staff on the breakfast section were not friendly at all
Downtown Friendly Staff
Breakfast had not many options
fair price, comfortable bed, sauna was nice too. We did not eat at the hotel so no comment there. Front lobby was attractive and inviting! I really liked the grand piano!
The rat that we saw out in the parking lot, the garbage on the ground around the parking lot that we had to use because hotel parking was unavailable/ under construction. Was kept awake by someone's alarm clock and had to call the front desk to have it turned of at 4:30 am...
I received a receipt of 100.00cad from hotel but I receive 150.68 cad from amex. There is a mistake.
Price; underground parking; cleanliness; location.
No room service, but you can order take-out from menus you can get from the front-desk. Menus should have been in the room.
Overall, it was a good deal and a good stay. Except the noisy Neighbours and miss understanding on breakfast times.
They told us at the main desk that breakfast was at 6 and it ended up being for 630, and I had a graduation to be at for 7. So just some missed information.
The hotel manager was very kind and vacuumed out my car from the broken glass.
The parking was crap. We had to park in an lot behind the hotel and my car got smashed into. I have abroken window now so my insurance is going to go up and had stuff stolen from my vehicle. We weren't the only ones broken into either!! So beware!
Big, comfortable room, great view.
Usually I check the bed thoroughly but somehow I missed to check the mattress. In the morning I saw huge yellow spots on it. Otherwise the bedding and pillows were clean. The bathroom could be bigger.
Room were very modern and at a reasonable price.
Bathroom was a bit small. and poorly designed
Good central location, great high floor unobstructed view, helpful staff
Unacceptable quality of breakfast
Staff Room View Bed Wifi Location Price
Matress is awesome and location is great, room is very nice
Wifi connection is not convenient
best of all was the location as we were going to Queen's Park. Next was the price - very affordable. The amenities were excellent and bed comfortable. Nice eateries nearby. No traffic noises heard in room.
Good location, comfortable rooms
- Location - Ambience - did not feel like a budget hotel - Cleanliness - Room furnishing and quality - Friendly staff
- Very small bathrooms. WC almost touching the bathtub - Very limited fare in the buffet breakfast for the price. Got boring in a couple of days - Wifi connectivity was poor - so had to reconnect (and enter my credentials) multiple times. A bit irritating - The hotel arranged for the airport drop and the price quoted by limousine was CAD63.50. The driver asked for 70. While I would have tipped anyway, demanding this as an entitlement was off-putting
rooms were nice and clean Friendly staff Good location to downtown
long waits for elevators15 minutes Restaurant was closed Friday evening had to walk to another in the rain And no parking available in there garage
Long story short. Lot of problem's whit the managing staff ! Bad attitude whit customer.
Room was big and comfy
Kitchenette in room but no plates or cutlery provided. When requested we were given paper plates n plastic cutlery.
