Fabulous,

“ The hotel's design was great- I love the clean lines, black, white and grayscale with a punch of orange colour. The hallways were different and unexpected- nice surprise. ”

The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. The bedding was simple but felt luxurious. The food at the restaurant was delicious and varied and room service was incredibly quick!

I really love the design of the hotel and of the rooms. They also offer beautiful views of the city. The hotel is conveniently appointed - walking distance from shopping and the old city. Very good value for the money. I grew very frustrated with the unreliable Wi-Fi signal. Access to the web kept getting interrupted, making it impossible to complete a task. I verified with another colleague and he had the same problems. When you need to deal with business emails, this is just a bad situation. Also, even though the design of the hotel lobby is meant to be simple and minimalist, there might be a way for staff to have even a small map of downtown Quebec city to hand out to visitors. It is the first time I have been to a hotel who had absolutely no visitor information (map or brochures).

Everybody was very polite and friendly. The bed was very confortable. The view from our window was beautiful. We would have like to have a small recycle bin in the room.

Location, restaurant, style, design. The unionized staff woke us up with their blow horns and whistles very early on a Sunday morning! I understand that they are in the midst of negotiations, but disturbing the guests of the hotel is not the way to get people on their side! The hotel management was apologetic, however. Another minus was the Sunday brunch buffet. It did not have enough items to choose from.

Loved it and would go back I had trouble with the TV set both nights that I stayed there and given that I was there because my mom was hospitalized, I missed having the TV as a distraction. Josee

The modern design and cleanliness The rooms are fairly small and the lighting in the bathroom is poorly arranged, with the bathroom color beeing black the light id to dim to see one self in the mirrior. in my mind, the bathroom is a major point in evaluating my room.

Excellent contemporary looking hotel, walking distance to the historical Old Quebec City. Delicious restaurants close by for all taste and budget; a special mention to the hotel's restaurant Table who's food and service is amazing. An excellent choice for any stay in Quebec.

Very clean, modern design, relatively close to the Old City a 20 minutes walk. The hotel accepts guests with dogs, that is a plus, because most of the places specify "no pets are allowed". In the lobby they have a very good espresso machine free coffee or tea all day long. The staff is friendly. We would return any time.

Cleanliness of room and hotel lobby. I did not realize one of my benefits when I booked the room was the turndown service each night, which was great. the facilities were great and location for those who wish to explore Old Quebec City was fantastic. No notes on being "green" which I understand other hotels inform their clients were posted. I will like to see more of this and saving our environment.

Beautiful design. Loved the clean sleek feel to the room although the beds were a little too soft for my preference. Perfect location for good restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the pool. We were unhappy with the shower! Something needs to be done about the shower head tipping upwards towards the ceiling due to the water pressure. By the last day we figured out a wet cloth sitting over the shower head would keep it pointing at the correct angle. Maybe also offer a children's dinner menu.

J'aime l,ensemble des services et du lieu. On pourrait ajouter des portes serviettes et un savonnier plus adéquat afin que le savon ne tombe pas tout le temps.

Clean, good size room, with execellent bathroom facilities, including a large soaker tub. Having a mini fridge in the room is a nice feature.Floor to ceiling windows, with a wonderful view of the city. “Table” the dining room was very spacious, and had a nice view of St Roch church and square. The large soaker tub was quite high, and a challenge to step into. Adding grab bars would help. Its described as a minimilist Euro style hotel, but is missing a common feature of such hotels - tea/coffee making facilities.
