-Very clean. -Close to everything in Nouvo StRock. -Restaurant Table within the hotel is great looking and has a nice menu. -King bed was comfortable. -On 14th floor, we had a great view facing west.
Minor flaws: -The ventilation system was noisy, had to shut if off during the night. -There was construction yard right in front of the hotel, our room had a nice view on it. -Water heat was changing while take a shower (got super hot and then back to set temperature). **Really nothing important enough to prevent us from going back.**
Room was great, had a beautiful view of the cathedral. Very classy rooms. Staff also wrote a personalized message on the mirror for our anniversary. My girlfriend loved it. Will most likely book again.
Only thing that sucks is parking is an extra 20$ per day (its basically the same price all over Quebec city though) , but you can go in and out which is a plus.
staff was really friendly, they speaks french or english, they were helpful advising for what to do in the City. really nice view of the church from our 7th floor.
parking was expensive considering how far was the Hotel from Old Quebec City. It was $21 for 12-24 hours. - didn't like the shower at all - I found too dark the halls in the hotel
This place is clean, stylish, conveniently placed and the staff were awesome
Special prices are great but I wish it were cheaper. But this is not a criticism - just a wish
Second stay great location I would highly recommend this hotel .
Good service and friendly staff.
Everything was great. Staff was friendly, decor is cool!
in general everything was perfect and I will come back sur.
some one got the room cheepper than us .....for the same thing
Reception is nice, personnel is fine
After checking-in, the first we do is hit the washroom. The bathroom drain was clogged we had to fix it ourselves. The fan inside the washroom is not working. The AC is from the 80's, the TV from the early 90's (Tube TV). Breakfast is not included. Parking is 22$ per night. Bottom line, the pictures on the website have nothing to do with reality. We were on the second floor room #203. I DO NOT suggest this Hotel to anyone.
Someone had smoked in the room we were in.
Lovely room; we had a great view of the church and mountains off in the distance. Love that they have Aveda products in the rooms :) Very clean and modern room. Such a comfy bed!
$184/night became $244/night when you add in the taxes and parking... kinda of expensive for us. The girl at the front desk wasn't the nicest when we were checking out. We expressed the concern that $244 was a lot and she simply said, "You'll see when you get the detailed bill." She hands it to us, not telling us she put the parking on the bill and starts serving another client. We had to go back for her to give us a exit pass for the parking lot. Luckily, we looked at it, otherwise, we would have paid for the $22 parking twice... once on the bill and once if my husband had used his credit card to exit the parking lot, as he was told to do.
Too dark. Bathroom lighting was not conducive for applying makeup.
Bed was comfortable and everything else was fine.
The minimalist, contemporary look left the bathroom with many lights but they really aren't designed for +45-ers to be able to see themselves - maybe a good thing :) -- pretty minor really.
The hotel was 15m into the old city - 6 cruise ships and 12k people descended on the old town - it was nice to be able to escape!
great service of the front desk team/
published price do not include parking ( 21 $ per day and does not include breakfast 13 $ a day.( for the price of 13 $ per day they propose only one cup of coffee- genrally the breakfast is not somthing that the hotel can be proud of it) poor service at the restuarant. .
The hotel was clean, and well kept. I did not eat here, so I can't say anything about the food, but it was quiet at night and we slept well after a day's worth of travelling.
Hallways are an unattractive black color. Only 3 elevators that took a while to come every single time. The parking garage is very tight, and not very user friendly in my opinion. Once we went to leave, the machine wouldn't take our ticket and we ended up making a few cars wait behind us. :( sorry!
Minimal Design, real coffee in the lobby
Best breakfast ever
The design Location Lobby
Breakfast is a joke Understaffed at the lobby
Comfortable bed. Interesting layout. Nice staff.
Ventilation system is noisy. I had to turn it on to circulate the air but it kept me awake so I shut it off again. Bad lighting in the bathroom. Not great for shaving
Rooms are awesome. Had great view looking north west. See a different side of old Quebec City: modern with great style Great coffee shop across the street for breakfast.
Pool looked nice - was hoping for a Jacuzzi
Modern design. Location. Staff ++. Cleanliness.
A bit expensive.
Generally very nice hotel with modern decor. Reasonable (longish but easy) walk to Old City. Inexpensive places to eat right next door. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very interesting, modern design. Area around hotel was very interesting, 'transitional' (in a very nice way), with some interesting shops and things to see. Great views from upper floors.
A/C too noisy--hard to get room at right temp too. Pool closes too early (9PM). Wi-fi very slow and buggy, with frequent disconnects. Perhaps a little too modern in style? Hallways darkly atmospheric; in few places hard to tell if very modern design or unfinished work (e.g unfinished, cement ceiling in bathroom).
Clima was much to loud. Room 1001 all the other things where great.
