Best breakfast ever
The design Location Lobby
Breakfast is a joke Understaffed at the lobby
Comfortable bed. Interesting layout. Nice staff.
Ventilation system is noisy. I had to turn it on to circulate the air but it kept me awake so I shut it off again. Bad lighting in the bathroom. Not great for shaving
Rooms are awesome. Had great view looking north west. See a different side of old Quebec City: modern with great style Great coffee shop across the street for breakfast.
Pool looked nice - was hoping for a Jacuzzi
Modern design. Location. Staff ++. Cleanliness.
A bit expensive.
Generally very nice hotel with modern decor. Reasonable (longish but easy) walk to Old City. Inexpensive places to eat right next door. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very interesting, modern design. Area around hotel was very interesting, 'transitional' (in a very nice way), with some interesting shops and things to see. Great views from upper floors.
A/C too noisy--hard to get room at right temp too. Pool closes too early (9PM). Wi-fi very slow and buggy, with frequent disconnects. Perhaps a little too modern in style? Hallways darkly atmospheric; in few places hard to tell if very modern design or unfinished work (e.g unfinished, cement ceiling in bathroom).
Clima was much to loud. Room 1001 all the other things where great.
The room was great with a great view of the church.
Floor cleanliness in all areas especially at breakfast.
I liked the location.
I wish there would have been a seat in the computer room.
We were 'clients of the day' and they gave us some amazing upgrades!
nice room and bathrooms. very clean as well.
extra charge on parking is $20+
1st stay was perfect for business,......2nd most recent stay not recommended for leisure.
Air conditioner too noisy.
Cool design, very comfortable clean room, nice coffee in the lobby
Location was a bit out the main areas of interest, but it is a fun area that is in the process of gentrification
Staff , location, Cleanliness
in our two week travel around the quebec The Restaurant was one of the worst.
Short walk to city attractions. Very clean and private. Good value. Staff member Jacque was EXTREMELY helpful with his recommendations for touring the city and dining. He provided GREAT assistance that made our trip extremely enjoyable.
We liked everything.
no music in the room
Staff made up for lack of polish and small issues
Lots of small issues. Is a great little hotel don't want to put travellers off by mentioning. Missing ice bucket. Glasses. Empty mini bar. No promised turn down service. Bad smell in our first room and moved in the middle of the night. But every staff member was so friendly and attentive.
We loved the view of the town from the top floors, the room-height window, and the way the bed faced it the town. It was wonderful to watch. Probably as nice but different in other directions. Really liked the clean sparse decor. A refreshing change. Actually a pretty good location. Lots of shops and restaurants along St. Joseph. Walk straight up hill from hotel to best parts of Rue St. Jean then along that to the old town.
Only small criticism we had was the way the air conditioning cooled too much then didn't come on soon enough for the temperature we set. I think because thermometer is farther from unit it didn't work evenly. We had trouble sleeping because of this. Should have just turned it off.
The location was excellent. We were very pleased with room furnishings and found the bed very comfortable. It was very clean. The view onto St-Roch church was lovely! The decor was simplistic, but the room had everything we needed, including a small fridge! We had no trouble with self-parking ($21 per 24 hours), and when we tried checking out the next day, we were grateful to the staff who let us out for free due to issues with the credit reader. We would definitely consider staying here again.
All staff friendly and efficient. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. Wifi worked with no issues. On site restaurant was excellent.
Would have preferred coffee maker in room rather than 24 hour availability in reception.
efficient AC during one of the hottest day in quebec. use this hotel frequently for work, consistent in its quality
a little bit too much hobos in the neighbourhood, nothing the hotel can really do about it. undergroud parking stinks
It's my 4th visit to Pur, last year they forgot visitor's keys in our car, we had to return them and we got no compensation at all. This year: - No valet service - No mini-bar or food in room - Restaurant Table is going down in quality + allergens in food are not indicated on the menu, paid for a meal that we could not eat... - Pool is closed on Sunday during the afternoon Not sure we will return next year...
I loved the location and the neighborhood.
- very close to downtown muslim mosque - I was in 11th floor with excellent view
-- Extra $10 for baby bed. (I paid for the first night, the second night they offer it free) -- 20/night for car parking.
The room is very nicely appointed...it feels large and airy with floor to ceiling windows and mirror!
