Poor Internet service
Beautiful facility! Perfect for the family!
Amazing setting and a lovely place to explore. Really good accommodation and very friendly staff!
Tucked away peacefully put of town - lovely dining!
I have stayed twice at this resort and have been very pleased with the staff and the accommodations. The view of the lake and of the mountains is wonderful, I would recommend anyone to enjoy the same experience that I have encountered .
Location is amazing. Great winter destination
We could hear the people staying below us, I feel worse for them than us though.
Very nice views ! The island was a perfect place to pop the question! Rooms were very clean and the fireplace was very nice as well!
All I could suggest is a shuttle to take u into town!
A beautiful chalet, in a beautiful location. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We will definitely return in the summer months to explore the amazing area more.
Fantastic lakeside location! Beautiful restaurant with amazing view, great service and good food.
Dilapidated room with a strange smell, tiny bathroom. There was something depressing and basic about the accommodations on the whole...
Great location facing the lake and mountains. Especially when sunny Alberta skies shine upon you when visiting. There were 4 young ones to a room next door who were intent on getting pissed and came late at night and made awful noise, and vomited outside all over..not recommended for those who don't like thin walls The hotel should update the decor and make some coffee, tea available at front desk, or have some freebies for guests who come in from the cold at least
well. i guess i wrote all together in what i liked
I love the location, a lot of chance to see wildlife, staff very nice
The housekeeping on the weekend no so clean, our room after be clean always smell like dirty cloth, but on Monday the housekeeping I guess was somebody different, our room smell nice and clean
The staff in the restaurant and the brunch we had were amazing. Definitely a repeat destination. The couple on dining staff from eastern Europe were absolutely incredible in their customer service and a real asset to the facility.....to be served in such a graceful manner overlooking the Lake was a memorable experience
Lower unit was noisy due to plumbing and walking from upper unit
The view was amazing from our suite! The dinner was amazing but too pricey!
People above very noisy ..last day there turned out to be very tired. The hot tub stopped working during our last night .
Beatuiful view good gotta way
This is a quite location and only within 5 km's of the town. Loved the serenity of the location and the log cabin was really pleaser. So comfortable, warm and inviting. The staff could not have been friendlier. Great value. Can't believe that some people expect 5 star accommodation for such a great price. I think some people are delusional with their expectations. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Friendly atmosphere. Beautiful a secluded looking area. Good breakfast variety and taste.
The restaurant could have a more variety of food for lunch and supper. More variety of less pricing or more affordable.
Fantastic area loved the lake view out front of the lodge and lots of hiking trails right from our room. The food was very good! We will go back.
We went in between seasons there is lots of hiking but the weather turn very cold so there was little to do. We thought we would go to the hot tub but so did everyone else. We ended up playing games in our room.
Beautiful location removed from the main town site yet close enough to make all amenities convenient. Deliciously gorgeous views, clean air, amidst the quiet and calm. Rooms well appointed. Purrrfectly Devine especially with the right cumpany! Ha!
The beds were adequate, perhaps good by most standards; though, I've enjoyed better at equivalent hotels. Noise between suites carried rather easily, rather typical for most accommodations!
Views and surroundings even though its up mountain and away from town was only $20 to catch a cab into town so if wanted to have a few drinks well worth it. The room was cozy and staff were accommodating.
That your room key didn't work to access for hot tub facility, also they were a tad strict about rules. I've never stayed at a place that watched over how many people were coming and going so closely. Seen several people turned away when there was more than enough room in hot tub?
Loved the view ! Our rom was in a chalet on the side of a mountain with a beautiful view of Pyramid Lake and Pyramid mountain from our living area window or from the deck out front. There was a propane fireplace to keep us cozy and the room was pet friendly giving us a little welcoming package for our dog.We had a nice breakfast in the beautiful glassed in restaurant affording us a wonderful view of the mountains . In summer you can dine outside on the large patio. We liked that we were away from the business of downtown with lots of walking trails and opportunities to see wildlife .
My only complaint was the very soft mattress on the bed with a huge dip in the middle , but on check out the front desk told us they would have changed it for us if we had let them know . Also the restaurant is very expensive , so we had our evening meal in downtown Jasper , about a 5 km drive away .
the views, the nearby hikes, the hot tub, the fireplace, the eco-friendliness!
Location is stunning
Paper thin walls with zero soundproofing. It felt like the family above us was teaching moose how to Riverdance in their room.
The staff was courteous, and accommodating. Beautiful walking trails all through the woods, amazing views no matter where you are.
The fireplace was a perfect detail. Very cosy.
