perfect location for our conference at Center Street Church. Very friendly staff and clean facility

disappointed that the showers did not work properly - fluctuating pressure and temperature. Some confusion at front desk with billing for our group. Staff tried hard but was unable to make it right (due to computer programs, etc).

Staff were very helpful with directions to nearby restaurants and provided us with a corkscrew at no extra charge.

The driver of the Yellow Checkered cab seemed not happy about taking us to the Quality Inn. When I asked him to come with me to the front desk, he replied in a very abrupt tone, that he knew the process. In general he was very rude.

I did not like that a microwave was not available in the room.

Big room, a pool, a restaurant directly in the hotel.

Breakfast is of course the quick and easy type. I wished to had orange juice. Also, have a coffee machine (Van houte for exemple) to get stronger coffee if wanted.

The room was comfortable enough for one night.

The hotel is very far away from the city and room views are not particularly welcoming. The room was not very clean and needed updating. The lobby seems to have been remodelled; if the rest of the hotel had such treatment then the experience would be better. Simply put, it is a hotel to stay at when awaiting your flight, other than that avoid.

Needs some major updating.

The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate pillows. There was no extra charge for a local telephone call. They did accommodate us as we required a late check out.

The plumbing was poor -- both the sink and the bathtub were not working properly. And although we reserved a King sized bed, they initally checked us into a room with two queens. When we brought it to their attention, they were willing to change it for us.

Veel vlekken in het tapijt op de kamer en op het plafond. De loctie dichtbij de luchthaven was voor ons de reden voor de boeking. Het hotel licht ver van de luchthaven . De shuttle service maakt een hoop goed. Geen ontbijtrestaurant aanwezig, vrremd op deze loctie, aangezien er in de omgeving weinig tot geen mogelijkheden zijn (Wendy's..). Wel gratis koffie en muffins, mar dat verstaan wij niet onder ontbijt.
