perfect location for our conference at Center Street Church. Very friendly staff and clean facility disappointed that the showers did not work properly - fluctuating pressure and temperature. Some confusion at front desk with billing for our group. Staff tried hard but was unable to make it right (due to computer programs, etc). |

Staff were very helpful with directions to nearby restaurants and provided us with a corkscrew at no extra charge. The driver of the Yellow Checkered cab seemed not happy about taking us to the Quality Inn. When I asked him to come with me to the front desk, he replied in a very abrupt tone, that he knew the process. In general he was very rude. |

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and quiet. I read the Globe and Mail with my coffee in the morning. Free shuttle service was a bonus. The bar soap in the bathroom crumbled when opened. |

Big room, a pool, a restaurant directly in the hotel. Breakfast is of course the quick and easy type. I wished to had orange juice. Also, have a coffee machine (Van houte for exemple) to get stronger coffee if wanted. |

Restaurant server was very congenial; food was good. There was a constant, annoying hum both in the room and the hallway. At first I thought it was the noisy icemaker but it was elsewhere too.The caulking around the tub was mouldy, the coating on the sink was peeling - looks like the sink and counter had once been redone with acrylic. - not hygienic-looking |

The room was comfortable enough for one night. The hotel is very far away from the city and room views are not particularly welcoming. The room was not very clean and needed updating. The lobby seems to have been remodelled; if the rest of the hotel had such treatment then the experience would be better. Simply put, it is a hotel to stay at when awaiting your flight, other than that avoid. |

The situation near the airport was ok. The rooms were shabby and need renovation; on the other hand we needed just a place to recover jet lag to be able to continue our trip, so, for us this was not so big deal. For some reason the hotel had no idea of our reservation although the confirmation (are maybe not so active by utilising booking.com -system ? |

I like that there was fruit and muffins all day long to munch on There is only one drink machine and it's in the pool area which closes at 10 then you can't get a drink and there no vending machines. |

The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate pillows. There was no extra charge for a local telephone call. They did accommodate us as we required a late check out. The plumbing was poor -- both the sink and the bathtub were not working properly. And although we reserved a King sized bed, they initally checked us into a room with two queens. When we brought it to their attention, they were willing to change it for us. |

Мы останавливались в отеле на одну, чтобы продолжить поездку. Нам требовалась близость к аэропорту, бесплатный шаттл и возможность посмотреть Калгари. В этом плане отель оказался очень удобным и цена подходящая, которая вполне соответствует предоставляемым услугам В первый приезд 3 октября в рецепции работала бестолковая девушка, которая не могла правильно разделить стоимость 2-х номеров на 4-х человек и представить каждому индивидуальные счета. В итоге с меня она взяла оплату дважды по карте Visa, что заметила и ликвидировала недоразумение на следующий день другая квалифицированная и любезная сотрудница отеля |

transfer tussen hotel en luchthaven, vriendelijke medewerkers aan de receptie, bushalte aan de ovrekant van de straat voor bussne naar centrum Veel vlekken in het tapijt op de kamer en op het plafond. De loctie dichtbij de luchthaven was voor ons de reden voor de boeking. Het hotel licht ver van de luchthaven . De shuttle service maakt een hoop goed. Geen ontbijtrestaurant aanwezig, vrremd op deze loctie, aangezien er in de omgeving weinig tot geen mogelijkheden zijn (Wendy's..). Wel gratis koffie en muffins, mar dat verstaan wij niet onder ontbijt. |

Zimmerbezug vor 15 Uhr war möglich. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Kingsize gebucht, bekamen jedoch ein älteres Zimmer, das sogenannte Zweibettzimmer, was nicht jenem Komfort und auch nicht so hübsch war wie das des Kingsize gem. Buchungsinformation übers Internet ;-( |
