It close to China town and near highway 2. The Hotel need redecorate with new paint and new flooring.

The location was very good for the Celiac Market Show. I attend every year. I am a big supporter of the restaurant at the hotel that I am staying, I requested a gluten free items for my breakfast and there was no one , I went to have a dinner at the restaurant and I was so surprised every item in the menu has gluten. it will be nice if next year you offer gluten free at the restaurant and breakfast.

Cheap It had a pool but the bleach in the pool burned skin too much chemical. And the 5th floor had a funny odor like the floors had been steam cleaned but never really dried almost moldy smell

The front desk staff (Heidi) was so incredibly helpful in setting up an airport taxi the next morning, where the conference room was and how to get there. Her friendly manner was amazing! The only issue I had was hot water in the morning. Water was luke warm at best. Very disappointed. So I was happy I had a shower the night before when I didn't experience any problems with the water temperature.

Front desk staff was very helpful, printed off our boarding passes for our flight home. Thought that was very thoughtful of him. Our room was very small, carpet was disgusting, there was an inch gap around one of the windows where the glass had seperated from the frame, cold air and rain blowing in, drywall that had fallen off the walls was just painted over and not fixed. A very dreary outdated room.

I got food poisoning from eating at their restaurant. I think they should have paid for our whole meal and not just discoung my portion of the meal. We really had to discuss this with them before they would do anything.

The location is an easy assess to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The internet in the hotel is weak and not usable in the rooms except you use the PC in the business room.

The close proximity to the airport Staff was short and unfriendly Wifi internet was unavailable as advertised noisy children were running along the hallway and banging doors until 3:00 am. Hotel staff did nothing when asked. Bath tub was plugged Electrical outlet did not work so cell phone was not charged. I will never stay at another Qulity Inn and will let all my friends know.

We did not realize until we reached the airport that the hotel was farther away from the airport than we anticipated and we were responsible for the cab fare back to the airport the next morning. We were under the impression a free shuttle was available to and from the hotel but instead was hit with a $20 cab fare back to the airport. The room was very small for the price one pays, but was clean.

Heidi at the desk was completely awesome. She went above and beyond more than a few times on our short stay and made our evening very enjoyable. Well, only that so far our room was double charged. The credit card we used to pre authorize was charged, along with the card we wanted to pay with. I'm sure its just slow to be reimbursed and i'm confident the matter will be cleared up if not..

Good location. Walls were thin (we could hear the conversations in the next room with ease). Luckily no loud/crazy neighbours! Although not a big issue, the decor looked like it was from the '70s. I only stayed there because it was close to the airport. The value was not great but ok...

Breakfast included internet included staff accommodating Room was too hot and was not able to cool it down Staff suggested to move to other room, with the same problem. Too hot (21c during the night) which spoiled 2 out of 3 nights. Someone tried to call me Evening of Feb 25 but nobody answered the phone for an hour.

The friendly staff at the reception and Monty's Grill You should try the Steak Sandwich, the steak's really good and the ambience...reminded me of the old Western Movies, the ones you never get tired of watching

Close to the airport. When I took a shower the tub did not dfain because of a blocked drain. The room was not cleaned as well as it could have been. I left a note on the bathroom mirror about the tub drain.
