Quality Hotel Airport & Conference Centre

The room was comfortable enough for one night.

The hotel is very far away from the city and room views are not particularly welcoming. The room was not very clean and needed updating. The lobby seems to have been remodelled; if the rest of the hotel had such treatment then the experience would be better. Simply put, it is a hotel to stay at when awaiting your flight, other than that avoid.

The situation near the airport was ok. The rooms were shabby and need renovation; on the other hand we needed just a place to recover jet lag to be able to continue our trip, so, for us this was not so big deal.

For some reason the hotel had no idea of our reservation although the confirmation (are maybe not so active by utilising booking.com -system ?

The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate pillows. There was no extra charge for a local telephone call. They did accommodate us as we required a late check out.

The plumbing was poor -- both the sink and the bathtub were not working properly. And although we reserved a King sized bed, they initally checked us into a room with two queens. When we brought it to their attention, they were willing to change it for us.

factor was location to the airport and cost

rooms had likely been smoking in the past and could still smell smoke, fitness centre out of order due to renovation of pool area

Nataly in reception is excelent, is very friendly and she works excelent

The staff were great and accomadating. I'm a little dissapointed in the corporation for not making the obvious effort to update the location. The entire place needs to be renovated. Hot water on demand needs to be installed. Larger elevators. Better lighting on the exterior property. Larger laundry room for you customers. Update your router network!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
