Roomy. Clean. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Room very sound proof (it was noisy outside). Great location for getting around city. Noisy location. One staff member in particular wasn't informed about things he should have known. Room wasn't "readied"--iron was missing, lights, tv and clock weren't working when we got there, tissues hadn't been replenished and hair dryer pulled out of the wall.

The room was pretty clean, lobby & elevator were messy Very loud, you could hear everything! Construction started @ 6:00 am, the noise was awful. Did not sleep well at all. I probably wouldn't stay at your hotel again.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great. Though it appeared that the hotel had recently been renovated, it was not done well. I was not warned about the construction going on behind the hotel, though it was indicated on a sheet I signed at checkin. This information stated noise from construction may occur between 7am and 5pm, but I was woken up no later than 6:30am.

The bed!! So comfortable. Just that my room was facing a bar so lots of noise but it was fine. I'll ask for a room in another part of the hotel next time.

I did not like anything about this Hotel. The Hotel was not clean. The heating system was very loud and behind the curtain so the curtain was always blowing. The toilet did not flush properly and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The sheets smelled so we actually slept on top of the blankets. The hallways and elevators were dirty and the door frame was damaged so it looked like someone had tried to kick in the door to our room. The lobby did not have the advertised coffee maker in the morning and the lobby itself was dirty and unkept. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel.

Clean, friendly staff. Very loud bar crowd next door, we were on the 10th floor and the noise was horrendous. Guess they do $1 drinks on Thursday evenings.

The location of the hotel could not have been better, located directly on Rue Crescent bars, restaurants and the bell centre were within minutes walk. The walls were a little thin so you were able to hear conversations in other rooms.

New king bed was fantastic Breskfast was very basic. Spring breakers used stairs as elevator tiny. This resulted inmuch noise, were awoken at 12.30am; 3.30am and 4.50am by students coming in after all night parties. Wrong timing???
