especially the breakfast ! many years ago you offered continental breakfast, then for a couple of years there was no food, now you have an outstanding selection. Well done !

Everything was ok

I was going to a concert at the Bell Centre. The location is amazing. 4 minute walk to Bell. Simply awesome. Staff was amazing great food and shops and bars on the same block.

We drank a lot and there is only one ice machine, vending machine, and drink machine in the hotel and they were in the main floor. And I was on the 10th. Also the elevators r really slow.

Prime location right in the centre of downtown Montreal, shops restaurants . Comfortable rooms recommend hotel for group friends not family or business cause of noise level. But great for graduates.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious trendy and clean. Being on the pub street and close to shopping and museums was convieniant. Decafinatef coffee in reception and breakfast room appreciated. I booked the same day and got the room for 97CAD which was on the whole worth it inspite of the negatives.

Being on the main pub street had the draw back that there was the noise of people talking all night long and then the building work that I had been warned would start at 0700 started at 0600. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Breakfast was unexciting, enough to get you out the door. No healthy living option other than fruit.

First and foremost the staff, they could have been more nicer and more helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's names but the cute, short, dark haired girl during the day, and the younger guy in the evening were so helpful, nice, and friendly. Everything from directions, to constantly helping us store out bikes, just proper service with a smile!!! Inn was close to everything: Old Montreal, plenty of bars and restaurants, Mont Royal. Units were affordable, we paid a little over $100 a night for two double beds, can't beat that.

The building itself is old and showing plenty of wear and tear. Rooms were clean though and the beds were soft. Unit didn't have a fridge, perhaps some did and I didn't notice when making the reservations.

Very close to every sightseeing destinations, shopping area , and restaurants. Great location. The room is big and comfortable.

I found the bed wonderfully comfortable.

The elevators would stop as they were going up when we wanted to go down but not stop on their way back down.

This hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Montreal and you can walk everywhere!

This is not a romantic place to stay, but definitely highly convenient to experience downtown Montreal.

Noisy location. One staff member in particular wasn't informed about things he should have known. Room wasn't "readied"--iron was missing, lights, tv and clock weren't working when we got there, tissues hadn't been replenished and hair dryer pulled out of the wall.
