Construction on the street in front of the hotel (huge noise).
Big comfy bed
Noise diners in nearby restaurants
Sliding Doors to cupboard did not work; Door to room problems with locking from outside; Doors to balcony very un-tight; Telephone did only function now and then; Breakfast room too small; too few seatings.
management people skills
location, location, location choice of three metro subways and megabus good breakfast great food choices nearby safe balcony had great view near IBM, CGI and other headq
construction next door impacts appearance but it is the best value for money
Everything was clean, comfortable room, excellent bed!!
Poor breakfast, could have a better one with such a price for a room. Our money is still bound in our credit card after 9 days!! We were told they would be released in 2 days.. My bank says they will be released in 6 more days, total of 15!! What if I needed that money??
The location was close to the train station (15 minutes walk) The bed Nice room
large room, very clean and nicely decorated. good breakfast
too loud from the bar next door, air conditioning too noisy. Had to pay for parking
Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. They made our stay. The rooms were well appointed and nicely decorated. The comforts of the room were good. The building was quiet and fairly soundproof. Breakfast was excellent and staff more than ready to help.
Proximity to bars, parking lot is very neglected. Bathroom was too small for my blind friend, we could have used an accessible washroom.Marks on walls in corridor and doors made the building look old. Breakfast was very chaotic with too many people. Construction was massive and also started at 6:30 am.made it difficult to walk outside.
Lots of Constractions around
Love this hotel. This was our 4th visit. The construction is brutal right now with repetitive banging starting at 7 am. Hope it is finished by the time we come back.
Location. Close to subway and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Construction next door. Small area for breakfast. Not enough seating.
Great Location..near the Metro. Comfortable beds and surprisingly large room.
Slow elevators at peak times. Construction on the street woke us up too early. Parking is expensive. Need more tables and chairs at Breakfast, we had to eat in our room.
I loved the location, the price and then fact that every room had a balcony
The internet! I read all the reviews about people having trouble with the internet and thought that maybe they were exaggerating or that the problem has been fixed. But it hasnt. Keeping the internet connection was a struggle! Its the only thing we all hated about this hotel
To little tabels. Had to wait for it.
The hotel was small! The elevator was VERY old! There was a lot of noise at night so we couldn't sleep! The breakfast hall was SMALL!
announced construction was from 7am - our surprise when sleep was impossible with 3am jack hammering going on for hours
Location, updated decor, price/value-for-money, comfortable beds
Blood or feces on one of the light switches in the bathroom, sticky floor, noisy neighbours on balcony, 4-hour power outage without a/c during heat wave, loud construction starting at 6:30am, $20 fee to park overnight (8pm to 9am)
The rooms were big, we walked everywhere and never had to move car until we left! Parking costs but well worth it when you consider the price of hotel.
Renovations and a couple times the elevator didn't work but we just used the stairs !! What's a little exercise! Lol
I like the hotel, the staff. the location, the helpfulness, the cleanliness, the accessibility. The choice at breakfast is wonderful. It is also quiet and other guests seem so friendly as well.
I can't say there was anything I didn't like. It would be wonderful if the hotel had a dining room. The breakfast is wonderful, but if there was a night you didn't feel like going out, a dining room, would give you the possibility of staying in.
Windows (quite noisy)
The hotel staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Because of the hotel location everything is handy if you are there in business.
The hotel is located in a busy street, bars and restaurants close by, which for that reason is too noisy for my taste at night. Not really good neighborhood if you are traveling with small kids.
Room was comfortable. View of skyline from balcony was good.
Quality of customer service inconsistent amongst members of staff.
Reception staff very friendly & the location to the Bell Centre was awesome. Being in the centre of the night life area was a bonus.
Although the rooms are very clean & modern, the hallways could use some cleaning & fresh paint.
A little noisy nearby bar at midnight, extra parking fee.
