I was only in the hotel for a few hours as I had to catch my connecting flight early the next A.M. The shuttle came quickly for which I was happy. The front desk woke me promptly at my request so I could make my flight. No. Not enough time to really judge this hotel. |

Proximity to airport was a plus after a very long flight. Many decent chain restaurants in the immediate area. Room was spacious with plenty of towels and stayed nice and dark for good sleep. Easy access from most highways (401, 427, 410). Great value ($70/night online) considering the area. No more free internet! Last year it came with the room and now it does not. View of Constellation Hotel next door was not nice although there is not much that can be done about that until it is torn down completely. Distance to downtown area is a bit far but is a fair price to pay for being so close to airport. |

The room was a very good size and the hotel is a very short journey from the airport. I paid cad2.75 From Down Town Toronto to the airport and was then charged for a very short journey cad6.00 From airport to hotel which I then had to pay the following day to get from hotel to airport. Shuttle should be free. |

The King Suite was very enjoyable and worth the money I spent for it. The ice dispenser was a very efficient idea and all in all my stay was very well. The people on my floor were very nice and care-free. There was no noise and no bothers during our stay. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the service at the front desk, the lady helping us was very rude and judged us as having a "hotel party". We were offended and did not like the attitude we received. Another thing was that it was very cold during the night and we found that there weren't enough blankets to help us keep warm. |

Efficient staff at front desk - it was late and I was taken care of very quickly and he listened to my complaint about the airport shuttle and offered me a complimentary shuttle service for the morning. |

The bed, the suite configuration, the overall space, the discounted price. I'd recommend the hotel at the $79 discounted rate, but not at the full rate. The $15 parking fee - a real negative. The absence of a fridge (there was a microwave and a sink). The plastic, disposable glasses. |

Room is big and near air port - good location 1. Front staffs are not so kind. 2. Not easy to handle heavy bags to get in and out from hotel - no cart and nobody to help. |

I liked the fact that all the things that I forgot to bring for my stay was available to me at no cost, and they were brought to my room in a flash.its almost like someone was standing outside my door waiting for me to make a request. haha yah. the room was cold at one point.I wish heating was available. |
