I really liked the room - that there was an adjacent living room from the bedroom. The room service was great and I like that I could smoke. The night watchman was very nice and helpful too. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much. I can't think of anything. |

nice comfortable bed/ couch/ room! :) Hotel/restaurant/bar staff were very friendly. tv had static! stop contacts in bathroom not working! |

Big rooms, working TV, Staff, Location (near city, near airport, near cardshow) How can they close the bar at 10:30 in the evening? Hockey wasn't even in the third period. |

The hotel stall was extremely accomodating. I was able to have an early check-in, and a late check out...this was all done with ease, and no extra fee. I would have to say that the $15 fee for parking was unfortunate. |

The quietness & availability of in room dinner I stayed at the hotel tues. Night. I wished to stay the following thurs, fri, sat, and sun. I telephoned the hotel; they would not honor the same rate. Thusly I was at the mercy of another hotel for the 4 days. They stated I had to do the booking on - line. It was the first time I'd ever used a computer to book accomadation - my son has the "skills" - I am not computer sauve. |

Bed is confortable, the room type just suitable for me. From web hotel has shuttle to airport, but not mention free or not. Have to check when arriving. Should add this point in booking |

The location to the airport was the only desirable characteristic. The first room I received had a broken lock so I had to change rooms just before going to bed (ugh!). Then I tried having a shower in the second room and could not get the water warm enough...how frusterating. I didn't bother changing rooms again. There was no apology or attempt to make up for the inconvenience. |

Location, the attempt at a suite by separating the bed area from the seating area as kind of a separate room, free internet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. High parking charge; that they don't include a bath or shower gel in the bathroom. Chargeable water on the table, but nothing in the minibar. Rather heavy charge for local calls. Walls/doors a bit thin. Conversations could be heard down the hallway. |

I thought the Airport shuttle was free and included in the price. The fact sheet is deceptive. I ended up paying $15 for a taxi to the airport. |
