The staff was very helpful

The room was small

Easy to find, restaurant in the hotel,nearby shopping center (Anjou) and easy to go to olympic parc, a little bit far from city center.

Old carpet, noisy (near the motorway).

I don't speak french,other than a couple of words.I Was really happy with the staff at the front desk every time I went there with a question about restaurants/directions,they were very understanding and helpful.That means a lot when your in a place such as Montreal and english is not the main language.

My mom was having heart problems,so my wife and I had to cut our trip sort,so we could come back to Toronto and get our kids and go to Elliot Lake to be with family,so we didn't have much time to really even see the hotel.

The front desk staff took the time to call a restaurant we were interested in going to make sure their kitchen was still open and because we were running late for dinner. And because of that the restaurant kept the kitchen open for us so we coucld have diner even if they were close. Thanks you very much.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The best sleep I've ever taken at a hotel.

The location is worse than I thought. It is quite far, about 5 km from the nearest metro station, so if you don't have a car, forget about public transportation. Although there is a bus, it is not so easy to get to the downtown. We got a smoking room, although we wanted non-smoking.

Réservation de dernière minute car ceux que l'ont voulais étant plein.Nous avons trouvé cette chambre dispendieuse 165$ pour une nuit avec mon petit chien qui est plus propre que la chambre!pis elle n'est pas jappeuse(nous somme arrivés tard et reparti tôt)la chambre sentait la poussière, il y avait encore des cheveux dans la douche(pas les miens!)le tapis laissait à désiré...je ne voulais même pas que ma chienne se couche sur le tapis, j'aimais mieux la laisser dans sa cage.

Le fait qu'il soit très près de l'autoraoute, le stationnement disponible et gratuit et la qualité du service du personnel.

Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux des anciens clients donc au niveau de la propreté, ça laissait à désirer.

j'avais un code promotionnel pour un prix spécial de la fédération de patinage artistique du québec que je n'ai pas pu obtenir du au fait que j'avais fait ma réservation par ce site. de plus, les matelas était très dur et il n'y avait pas de garde robe dans notre chambre. le confort n'est pas comparable au quality de laval et mont laurier.
