The room was very clean and spacious. The large tub with the jets allowed my wife, who was in town playing baseball, to have very relaxing bath. The hostess at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The hallways were clean and bright and the elevators worked very quickly and quietly. |

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the quality furniture. The layout was also nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. They offered continental breakfast, however the choices were limited and they had nowhere that you could sit and eat. I would have enjoyed it more if they offered toast, waffles & or pancakes, bagels etc. |

It was quite modern & clean. The area & the view of the room I stayed in, also I didn't like that there was a fee for parking. |

The hotel was fine.No really close to the attractions but no to far etheir. The rooms were fearly clean and modern.I got a really good rate thats why I think for the price it is a good place to stay. The parking fee is 8 dollars per day, sounds a lot but to park in the area it's a lot more.We stayed at the standart 2 doble bed room and it was fine , not to small. The bathrooms are really small. We spended two night at different rooms and the views were no the best.Always try no to stay at the motel part ,it looks really poor. |

Responsive and polite staff, very clean room, nice design. Continental breakfast needs expanded - it was better than nothing, but lean and poor comparatively speaking. Also, the room design (with large curtained window between bathroom and bedroom) while ok for couples limits privacy for family. And the tub/toilet area should be separate room from sink, for family use and comfort. |

The staff was courteous and professional. Nice lounge area. No continental breakfast the first two mornings--no reason given. When we did get the breakfast it was quite unsatisfactory. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was good especially for motorcycles, hotel was clean and quiet. indoor pool needed some attention, and it was a longer walking distance to the touristy area of Niagra Falls. |

We were given a handicapped room because the hotel was full; the large walk-in shower was great. The decor in the room was very attractive. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the duvet. The continental breakfast was not available due to staff no-show (there was a printed sign, so this must be a regular occurance). No effort was made to compensate for the lack of an advertised amenity. I'm sure that on the website there must have been a reference to a parking charge, but it was not readily apparent and $8.00 a day is very steep. If you want to complain to the hotel, you have to send a written letter to the hotel. Not convenient! |

the cleaning person was very help-ful and did a great job! the front desk person at checking in was very rude and not help-ful! in fact we are going to contact the hotel and report her! the second person that later checked us in did help us later which at that point at almost 5-6 oclock ! which we already had been waitting ,all day to check in very upset! your suppose to accomidate guest ! we do know policy and we stay all over and when possible if you get there early they allow you to check in. ! what front desk doesn'y know is that we cheked and we could have checked in ! that desk person didn't feel like checking to see if we could and just said keep cheking back! after watching over the next few days and asking oth guest they could check in when they got there the hotel had room availability! |

We came down at 9:20 am and we were told the breakfast was done as the breakfast was only open from 7 until 9 am. To me this is too short of a time, should be 6:30 until 10 am. |

I liked the set up of the room, I loved how the big television was mounted on the wall and the bathroom was not at the entrance of the room - instead it was around the corner from the bedroom. I didn't like paying eight dollars for parking, that was a big surprise and I didn't get any indication of having to pay for parking when I booked the room online. |

not much, offered free breakfast which was a joke, staff hadn't a clue The free breakfast was a free for all, no organisation. Ran out of cups plates, cutlery and food. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Never went down for breakfast again. Disgusting. |

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant offered a variety of food and the presentation of the food was excellent. I was very disappointed with the $8.00 parking fee. Although the online booking confirmation sheet does mention the a parking fee may apply, it does not specify how much. It was only when I arrived that I was made aware of it. I would recommend that the fee clearly be stated at the time of booking and/or in the confirmation sheet. I don't like hidden fees. |

Although I did not use one, the tour bus schedule from right at the door was great and will definitely consider using it the next time around. Inddor and outdoor pools were great for my family to relax. I thought the breakfast staff was not enough to continiously replenish the foods and drinks. For example, I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a staff to refill hot water in the small thermos so that I could serve myself a cup of tea and there were some guests who gave up their desire for tea/coffee. The line up for bread-toast area went all the way to outside into the lobby ... which could have been eliminated if toasted but warm breads were already available for every one to pick up. Would you consider adding boiled eggs for breakfast? My kids missed on that one. |
