Very clean and tidy. Quiet. Modern "new" design and furniture. Looks and feels brand new/renovated. There was no microwave, and hot tub was closed. |

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel the staff was very friendly! The breakfest was nothing to run home about all they had was muffins so if you do stay at this hotel be prepared to spend money on breakfest somewhere out of the hotel |

i love the bed and the nice tv! unfortunately there was a hockey tournament group staying and it was quite noisy in the morning and there was floor hockey going on in the hallway at nights and since the room's were all booked in the hotel we did not get a new one. |

Good size rooms and clean I reserved 2 rooms and when I got there, only 1 was reserved. Where did my other booking go? Good thing they had rooms. Why do we always have to pay for Parking? Parking should be included in room costs. |

I enjoyed the amount of pillows provided at the hotel. The option of underground parking and the decor of the hotel, very modern. I thought the breakfast could have offered a little more variety. |

Good suite. Quick upgrade given. Jacuzzi. Swimming pool Great view. Comfy bed. 1. Continental breakfast was pathetic - dry food, no butters, so place to sit. 2. We got an unwanted call from the desk one evening at 11;30 pm waking us from sleep - to ask if we were in rm 704! |

The staff were excellent, very friendly.. The hotel very clean, our room was excellent... no view... but for the price of our room we can not complain. Like the idea of the bathroom being away from the entrance of the room... felt like we had an actual ensuite... The bathtub was nice and long. Nice for my husband as he is 6ft tall and usually can't have a bath because of short tubs in hotels... will go back, no hesitation!!! |

Quiet (off season), clean, modern decor. Chocolate brown, white, lime green bedding and decor. Everything new, flat screen tv. About 1 km from the falls. Paying $8.00 for parking in an empty lot. Advertising free breakfast from 7 - 9 with only muffins, apples, oranges and fake powder creamer for coffee! |

Nice room size; king-sized bed; fairly nice view. Jacuzzi was a nice surprise, but didn't actually get to enjoy it! Should have been told beforehand about the definate $8 parking charge (online said "may" be a charge); could not find how to turn on jacuzzi. Waited for it to fill with water (and bubbles) thinking that once the water passed the jets, pushing the button on the tub would turn on the jets. Not! We *later* found the switch on the *outside* wall of the bathroom! Why is the switch there and not inside the bathroom somewhere??? When mentioned this to the clerk at the front desk, was simply told we could have called the front desk. We were in the jacuzzi at 1:00 a.m.! Is it cheaper to not book online? Was at the front desk around 12:00 a.m. and heard someone being given a rate of less than $25 what we paid. Cont. breakfast sad! |

The room was very clean and spacious. The large tub with the jets allowed my wife, who was in town playing baseball, to have very relaxing bath. The hostess at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating.The hallways were clean and bright and the elevators worked very quickly and quietly. |

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the quality furniture. The layout was also nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. They offered continental breakfast, however the choices were limited and they had nowhere that you could sit and eat. I would have enjoyed it more if they offered toast, waffles & or pancakes, bagels etc. |

The hotel was fine.No really close to the attractions but no to far etheir.The rooms were fearly clean and modern.I got a really good rate thats why I think for the price it is a good place to stay.The parking fee is 8 dollars per day, sounds a lot but to park in the area it's a lot more.We stayed at the standart 2 doble bed room and it was fine , not to small. The bathrooms are really small.We spended two night at different rooms and the views were no the best.Always try no to stay at the motel part ,it looks really poor. |

Responsive and polite staff, very clean room, nice design. Continental breakfast needs expanded - it was better than nothing, but lean and poor comparatively speaking. Also, the room design (with large curtained window between bathroom and bedroom) while ok for couples limits privacy for family. And the tub/toilet area should be separate room from sink, for family use and comfort. |
