Although I did not use one, the tour bus schedule from right at the door was great and will definitely consider using it the next time around. Inddor and outdoor pools were great for my family to relax. I thought the breakfast staff was not enough to continiously replenish the foods and drinks. For example, I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a staff to refill hot water in the small thermos so that I could serve myself a cup of tea and there were some guests who gave up their desire for tea/coffee. The line up for bread-toast area went all the way to outside into the lobby ... which could have been eliminated if toasted but warm breads were already available for every one to pick up. Would you consider adding boiled eggs for breakfast? My kids missed on that one. |

We stayed in the King spa/fireplace room. It was nicely decorated, quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway staycation. We had a great visit and would book this room again no room service - breakfast in bed is always a nice way to end a romantic getaway |

It was very noisy - at 10:35PM, staff was rolling noisy carts outside our room - three different times - which was most disturbing. We were in the Courtyard area. Then guests were outside their rooms talking which kept us awake after 11:30PM - we called the front desk but it continued long after that. If not for the noise - it was an okay stay at the hotel. |

The staff were excellent and well versed on the area. Whole hotel very clean. Great pricing for Niagara Falls. The continental breakfast was not very good. Too early times for weekends and not enough varity. Ran out of food before the nine-thirty cut off. only two people manning the area and not very helpful. |

I liked the fact that it was close to all the attractions and that my grandchildren had the option of using the indoor or outdoor pool. We were a little disappointed in the Sunday breakfast and also after a day at marineland the kids wanted to go for a swim indoor and there were no towels for them, it was about five o'clock I had earlier asked the maid if we needed to take towels with us and she had told us no. |

The breakfast was a disaster. Very messy, due to messy people. spilled cereal everywhere, people everywhere, oushing and shoving. No order and very unapetizing. Was not able to eat there. I am staying again in two weeks there, maybe it will be better. |

The hotel description was very accurate on the web, which is rare. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly. The room, especially the bathroom were clean and up to par. The hotel is on a cheaper side of town, surrounded by small motels, however once you;re inside, you cant tell. I had to go to reception to get toothpaste. My friends told me that's the norm.. I must be lucky the past few times to have in my room. |

Service in the restaurant was extremely slow as only one member of staff was on duty. There was no cooked breakfast available on the Sunday morning and guests were left waiting for basic items such as butter. |
