Quality Hotel Dorval  

The room is good if you just want to have a place to sleep.

We travelled with kids so we needed the pullout bed. When we pulled it out, we were shocked to find that the sheets were not changed. Amenities were terrible. There was an outdoor pool which had ducks swimming in it. The staff was not very friendly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

There was a beer can left on the floor from a previous rental.There were no facecloths left in the washroom after the room was seviced. The rest I liked

The only thing I liked was the comfortable bed.

The service was horrible. The check in lady didn't explain well where to park just that it cost $9.00 which it says on website fee if applicable. We went to restaurant to ask for takeout the woman that served us was rude, only spoke French and it was like we were bothering her by asking her the price (in French). We asked for a corkscrew at front desk and they told me I had to bring my wine bottle down to the restaurant to open it. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very bad service.

I would especially like to acknowledge the dining/lounge staff who were excellent at their job and made us feel like valued customers. My wife and I were very pleased and based upon this would recommend the dining experience to others.

Some difficulty accessing the hotel from the freeway.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet is very nice.

Parking is quite confused. Ticket machine doesn't work. I need to push "help" buttons to let staff open the gates for in and out.

The room service

The Shuttle to and from the airport. The outside pool. The buffet breakfast. Some of the front desk people did not enjoy their job. Others were very helpful.

The fact that the shuttle service had so many time changes. Anyone that you talked to at the front desk had a different opinion. It is obvious that bookit.com was unaware of the total construction going on in the area of the hotel. We ended up getting a bus/metro pass. The bus stopped outsie the hotel.

Very good location and excellent amenities. The staff were very helpful on the phone and in person. The decor in the lobby was also very eye catching and the koi pond was definitely unexpected.

i liked the outdoor/indoor pools and shuttle service to dorval, the metro station and the airport.

staff have sense of discrimination to my race,and expects everyone to be the same. no sense of time when room service would occur. nothing within walking distance.

J'avais fait 2 réservations, une le 3 janvier 2013, j'ai été averti que je devais me présenter au Hilton pour le 3 janvier, l'autre réservation était à mon retour de vacances le 17 janvier, j'aurais aimé être averti que je devais me présenter au Quality Inn, je suis arrivé à 2:00 hr du matin au Hilton pour me faire dire que je devais aller au Quality Inn, je ne pouvais pas deviner que vos réparations étaient terminées, disons que je ne l'ai pas trouvé drôle.

L'hotel a facturé la nuit d'hotel puis annulé le montant pour le refacturer avec le petit déjeuner. Résultat double frais bancaire suite aux taux de change (Dollars-Euros) non remboursé par l'hotel.

Personeel niet echt gericht op toeristen. Meer voor zakelijke reizigers. Belofte op website ( ontvangst met chocolaatjes en champagne is niet waargemaakt), hoewel wij bij een aantal kamers een bord voor de deur zagen liggen waarop chocolade. Toen wij hier een opmerking over maakte, werd hier nauwelijks op gereageerd.
