The staff was very helpful. the room is nice and clean. The view was good. It was very noisy during most time of the day because it is facing the main street and highway. |

This hotel was in a great location, just in downtown Vancouver right at the end of the Bridge from Granville. The staff were lovely, we stayed there twice as we had to move one night when they were all booked for a big event. When we came back they recognised us and welcomed us back by upgrading our room to a suite. We were very happy as this room had a fridge and a microwave which the last one didn't. The hotel is very close walking to everything in the city which was great as we could go shopping each day, You can go shopping across the bridge in Granville or head to Robson street, really great location. They have room service but it is a little pricey, rooms cleaned to great standard every day. Front desk people very polite. Great hotel. |

The clean room. The great service at the front desk. The price. The ease of booking on the net. The shower drain was not working and thus the two adults could not have one showere after the other person because the water would not drain |

It was very centrally located for Vancouver downtown. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Needs a drastic refurb. The carpets and decor are awful and outdated. Weirdly though, the toilet on the ground floor is modern and well designed. |

Too expensive. Information on booking.com was not correct. The room was not available and we had to stay in a tiny room. Too much noise from the street. Everything worn out. Elevator dirty and fawlty (sometimes doors did not open or skipped a floor). Dark corridors. |

Location is very good. Close to waterfront, Granville Island, and downtown. Tour buses even stop at hotel door. Close to a seedy part of Vancouver. A little dicey walking at night. |

It was close to where we were going. It was a good price for the night. The lounge was handy. For this weekend, there should have been more staff on. The poor girls in the lounge were run off their feet. They did an amazing job considering the working conditions. |

The service was excellent - from checking in and out, ordering taxi's for us, the swift service in the dining room be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You did not have to worry about anything. The only thing that took me back was that we arrived as the cleaner was leaving are room, so you would think that the room would be clean . . . but she had left other peoples rubbish in the bins, and the toilet seat was dirty. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great for the kids. It was so noisy in the room due to traffic noise and no double glazing, it was very hard to sleep. We had to buy earplugs for the second night we were there. The quality of the food apart from the breakfast which was excellent, was pretty poor quality and value. |

The staff was very courteous and also accommodated me by finding me a smaller room (for one person) veruss me having to take a 2-bed room which I really did not need or want. The room was very pleasant except in the bathroom where they had removed an old light fixutre but left the torn gap in the wall paper and mounted a new fixture over the exposed area leaving the seciton of wallpaper missing where the old fixture had been. |

The cleaning staff was very friendly and more importantly very quiet as I slept late every day and was not disturbed by noise in the hallways. The restaurant being open for breakfast would be nice. |
