Friendly staff, easy check out, good breakfast, cozy room and comfortable bed and the waterslide was fun!
Elevator was scary (creaked), shower had low water pressure and was very noisy and made a loud squeaky noise when it ran and the tables in the breakfast area were always dirty. They needed to not only be wiped down on the top, but along the sides as well as there was caked on food in the grooves of the tables that we kept leaning into.
It was close to everything we needed. The staff were very nice. The room was very clean.
Room clean, bed comfortable, fairly quiet in room
Hallways and elevator dirty Running out of food at breakfast Pool area could use some attention
The shower/tub was nice a big and having small children it was easy to bath them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Definitely had a good sleep. Kids loved the a/c and dark room
The breakfast room was warm and small The a/c in our room (302) was a hazard for my 15 month old. The front could come off and my little one kept sticking his fingers in it. The bathroom had a constant gross smell to it
No air conditioning
Clean. Good size room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
room was comfortable with nice pillows and good beds. Air conditioning was adequate. Didn't try the breakfast but a lot of people did.
The duvet covered was unbelievably wrinkled, halls were dirty, funny smell in the halls and room but were able to air out room because there was a window that opened. Breakfast only until 9:30 a.m.
It's been 3 days still haven't received my deposit yet.
Bed was comfortable
The towels were stained, one hand and one bath, and the other bath towel had a hole in it from wear. There was also a hair in the bathtub. The breakfast had run out of yogurt by 9 am, should be better stocked for the # of guests. The coffee maker in my room didn't work.
The staff was excellent an very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean.
They must have been doing some renos, there was wood and other materials laying in the hallway and a funky smell.
Hair on the towels, Uncomfortable mattress
It was under construction. Was given a room that wasn't even cleaned. Given a new room but you would think they would have better communication on what's been cleaned.
breakfast was too busy
Over all our stay was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and the morning breakfast staff was helpful.
The pool. It did not look well maintained. The water was cold my little one could not go in. And to top it off there were dead flies in the pool. It would have made sense if the pool was located outside, But it was not.
$1,000/night Dirty (elevators) Room (old)
newly renovated room Really friendly staff minisuite with king bed 2 TV and a door between bedroom and living room
chlorine smell in lobby
Access to LRT Pool
Small room Non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes Furniture is never moved to clean Burnt bed linens from smoking or perhaps drug use
The breakfast was sufficient and included hot items. Good location.
TV remote wasn't linked to the TV correctly. Ended up changing rooms so the issue was resolved. No coffee maker in the original room, staff said they would get it to us, but when we returned to our room later that evening, still no coffee maker. They then asked if we could wait until the next day? Resolved once we changed rooms.
Beds were comfortable and quiet enough, it was everything it needed to be.
If you don't have a car I probably wouldn't reccommend this location for an extended stay
The pool and waterslide was fun.
Our room had dirty towels in it when we checked in and they didnt supply pool towels at the pool. The front desk lady when we checked in was very rude.however the gentleman in the afternoon was fantastic!
Room very comfortable, parking access great! Entrance is welcoming.
I liked leaving after our stay and will sleep in my car before I ever stay there again
When we arrived the first room we were checked into was completely filthy. We went back to the front desk after riding in an elevator that sounded like the cables were about to break as it creaked and snapped up and down. I told them to just remove the hold from my card. The manager quockly upgraded us to a king suite at no charge which was very nice of him. The second room was still not clean by any means but after nearly the entire city being sold out we stayed. We were there 8 days, they never had towels or other amenities readily available, the safety of the pool and its maintenace was severely low, and finally on the day we were leaving my two yr old was pushing the buttons on the in room safe and since we had moced our suite case from in front of it she was able to open the door all the way. It was a very unnerving expirience when she pulled out a medium sized zip lock back full of pot and majic mushrooms that were all wrapped up and ready to sell. The manager came up to the room and muat have thought we had planted it to try and get a discount or somerhing because he basically acused us of it being ours. I have no idea what it was worth but I would guess it was worth more than my 900 room bill. Lucky to get out of there wirhour my child consuming drugs and will never ever ....EVER stay in a place like that again.
beds were comfortable. staff courteousm
pool appeared to have brown dirty streak around top eadge. I wouldnt use it.
The king bed was comfortable.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and no pillows were provided and just one skimpy little blanket. We stayed 2 years ago, and there were signs referring to renovations, however, signs are still up, but can't see any improvements! The tub was dripping and nothing could be done but to wrap one of our few towels around it to absorb the water. Over-priced greatly for what we got. Would not stay there again.
