Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour    

We liked being close to the inner harbour. We especially liked the proximity to the pub and restaurant.

Road noise.

The price, very good value for money. Also very close to the shops & downtown in general.

Location was good - close to the main shops etc and public transport with a very cheap all day pass. Our room was quiet and the service was excellent.

the easy access downtown location, the affiliated diner for breakfast, he staff were helpful.

It is an older building, and I found my room too hot, and opening the windows gave me too much city night noise.

I found that the location was the only thing that was good about this hotel.

Was not to happy with the attitudes of the staff. Staff member actually woke us up rudely around 10:30 before the 11:00 o'clock checkout without us asking them to. Thin walls, can hear everyone and everything.

its equip with basic needs and value for money to stay at Quality Inn. Near to most tourist attractions within walking distance. Easy to find food too.

Bathroom tap of all things needs tightening loose, was hard to get warm water either hot or cold. miner issue.

staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was spacious. proximity to local sights and bus station.

It was very conveniently located in Downtown Victoria and even though we were late checking in the staff were most welcoming and friendly. The convenience of the bar and bistro was also a very pleasant surprise.

great staff= seriously - loved them all.

pool right beside the elevator and parking garage - really ? who designed that? getting into the parking garage you must leave your vehicle parked across the sidewalk and sticking out into the street while you place your room key in the slot and wait for the gate to open

Access to harbour and business

From our room we could hear people milling about from the nearby bar

Both times I stayed in the exact same room and loved it. Will be booking again for september! :)

The breakfast at the restaraunt was delish. Also it was a good price and close to everything

My bed was broken and therefore very uncomfortable. It was very loud and very hot

Like the fact that Quality Inn was downtown. My adult daughter and I had a little get away. Just we two. We enjoyed wondering the downtown area - found the staff very friendly.

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, very quiet.

Service and good clean rooms. Nice pub but crowded and noisy at night. Restaurant had good food and service but limited menu selection.
