The room was clean and the staff at reception friendly. There was no refridgerator in our room. The complimentary breakfast was a disappoinment: we were given burnt toast and the waitress was a bit rude when we mentioned about it. |

Rooms are in good size. Excellent breakfast. Shopping is convenient. On the ground floor, it was a bit nosy when the people on the second floor having a shower. |

Excellent hotel with very nice room and very comfortable bed. Free internet is a major plus. Location is good, though back alley noises disturb a bit. |

Matress and pillows are excellent! It is really clean and the free breakfast was above expectation. Cannot think of any except for the location because of the Champlain bridge if you need to go downtown during the week. |

La tranquilité de la chambre et le fait de pouvoir compter sur un lien internet sans fil qui a fonctionné mais qui était très lent. Le fait que la réceptionniste ne prenne pas la décision de nous offrir le tarif gouvernemental alors que nous l'avons appris au comptoir. Ses mensonges à propos des tarifs très élevés en fin de semaine sont loin de nous avoir convaincu. Il aurait été tout simple de nous faire profiter de ce rabais de 10 dollars. De plus, j'ai constaté que le déjeuner était facturé séparément donc il aurait été souhaitable de nous informer de ce fait puisque nous n'avons pris aucun déjeuner à l'hôtel. Nous aurions pu économiser 20 dollars par nuit si la commis avait cessé de nous référer à notre réservation initiale sur le web. Pour l'esprit de décision et de satisfaction du client, nous nous en souviendrons. |

internet sans fil, déjeuner inclus dans un bon restaurant, la piscine, le gym le bruit de la douche voisine..intolérable, la chaise de bureau déchiré, télévision des années '80.... il n'y avait pas de réveil-matin Ipod... vous avez seulement des oreillers en plume... (je suis allergique), le café gratuit n'était pas buvable... dans la salle de bain, l'interrupteur de la lumiere et de la ''fan'' sont sur le même et c'est bruyant... mauvais rapport qualité/prix |
