You’ll find this hotel on the edge of Montreal, in Brossard, offering excellent links to the city centre and Old Montreal, as well as a very helpful and fully bilingual staff. La atención del personal es profesionalmente excelente. Lo que no nos gusto, es que al llegar al hotel no teniamos reservación confirmada, aun habiendo confirmado un mes antes a través de Booking.com. Sin embargo, el personal del Front Desk solucionó el problema, dandonos una suite. En cuanto a esta Suite (406), la cual esta ubicada al lado del ascensor, y al frente de la puerta de las escaleras, con propiedad les puedo decir que se escucha mucho ruido del ascensor y de la puerta de las escaleras.

Le professionnalisme de la maison. J'y suis allée sur un tournoi de soccer avec mon ado: il y avait bcp de monde, tout était "bouqué" et le Quality a répondu à mes besoins... Le p'tit déjeuner. Aucune boisson comprise dans le prix excepté le café. Un ado qui joue au soccer à 9h00 le matin, ça mange et ça boit! Cependant, le contenu et les heures du déjeuner étaient parfaits.

Le lit "King Size" est parfait et confortable Pas de sourire du personel, pas de bar le soir dans un hotel a ce prix, formule petit dejeuner sans aucune boisson, ca fait "cheap" ... On doit payer la chambre d'abord avec une caution ? les tarifs sont toujours ht, attention la surprise.
