L'hôtel est situé au abords de l'aéroport, donc facile de s'y rendre. Les chambres sont petites et c'est le strict minimum. Le déjeuner était toutefois très bien voir même surprenant ( oeuf, muffin, gruau, yogourt, etc..)

Nice comfortable room, calm atmosphere, very good breakfast.

Was in town for a conference. The location was a 5 min drive to the conference. The staff were professional, friendly. Breakfast selections were good, but the eggs were cold.

Breakfast could be improved - eggs were cold both mornings and the coffee urn empty - coffe in urn was better than the machine coffee.

Friendly front desk staff. The location is close to a couple of restaurants, the airport and the 401.

The facilities need to be updated.

No windows in the hotel room

We like how close it was to the airport.

I didn't like how I paid cash the next morning for the room and then Iater find out that there is a hold of $180.00 dollars on my Visa card, meanwhile the room was $80.00 with tax included. Our sleep was horrible, the bed was so uncomfortable I tossed and turned all night and then woke up with sore hips. We went to have the breakfast in the morning which was stated that it was free with our stay, we checked out around 6:45am and the breakfast was even opened and thats one of the reasons we also booked there was because it was included. The person who checked us out upon us leaving just took my card and that was it, he didnt even say good morning, or thank you for staying, enjoyoing your day, nothing. Very nude. I am really upset, and I will not be booking again.

We thought we were getting a Queensize but had a double bed.

The deception on booking.com Quality Inn is not being truthful regarding parking. No where on your website does it say you charge for parking, but it does say free parking. For the deceiving parking charge we could of stayed at a truly quality hotel like the Marriot which has underground, security parking and luxury bedding and comfort. We will never ever stay with this deceptive hotel again.

The washroom is outstanding, very good for the price. However rest of the room was average but for the price it's not bad.

One of the best hotels i have Stayed at in mississauga. I am in mississauga two tines a month and i will stay there again

Very quiet

I wish the shuttle to the airport ran every half hour rather than every hour.

The breakfast was good.

Room was dated. Bedspread had some sticky stuff on it, the blankets were questionable. Needs new linens and room renovating. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent and well maintained apartment. True value for money.

Front desk officer while our check in, and the lady while checking out was very friendly and courteous. The male executive during the day (on 23rd February 2013) was horrible – though I wished him saying ‘hello’ with smile, may be my color was not interesting for him, he was not interested to greet back other than dare look. The elevator was not well maintained. I had to waste 10 minutes to find the way to operate the elevator, from the ground to fourth floor. I pressed 4th floor, the lift stopped at 6th Floor. Then stayed at sixth floor for few minutes. Again I pressed fourth floor, and it stopped at basement! Then I went to the fourth floor, by pressing one by one floor.

Good airport shuttle, close to the airport, small but comfortable room, perfect for a stop-over. Decent breakfast included with both hot and cold items. Good value.

Over-priced pop and water in the cooler at the reception.

The morning call had a back up call. Much appreciated! We really enjoyed our supper at your restaurant "Tropicana"; it was tasty, and we were well served, even though we shared everything: ``One plate, two forks please!`` :)

The in-room coffee was weak and thus tasteless, even though I put in only three cups of water.

it was so noisy and no privacy.will not recommend to any one.very disappointed

Staff was freindly and helpfull. hotel was clean.
