Very good,

“ The location was perfect...close to McGill where my granddaughter is a student and close to good restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was not a luxury hotel, but clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Good value. ”

The room was nice. The TV didn't work, and my son's bed was not made for us, we had to open the pull-out sofa and make the bed ourselves. Staff was not great either.

Close to McGill, restaurants, and downtown. And a Tim Horton's in the Lobby! Overall great value, and the service was excellent. There is a Quality Inn nearby (not the same hotel), which got us confused when we arrived.

Convenient location, close to McGill University. Excellent price. Bed was not comfortable and was not the size we expected. (We were expecting a queen and got a double.) Room was very small, but the bed was the worst hotel bed we've slept in.

1. Convenient 2. the way shower curtain was attached to the other side of wall makes it look artistic 1. During my stay, there was a fight ( a couple) next door. And it was around 5am. Reported it by phoning the front desk. 2. The signs in the parking (in the basement) are not clear. There should be explicit signs (and easy to find) telling people the direction for exiting. 3. There should be more HD channels on TV. 4. The faucet (for the bathtub) was dribbling. 5. The couch might need to be cleaned up. It looks a bit dirty.

- expertise of the staff - rooms are big - bed comfortable - coffee in your room - coffee shops next door - good quality of wifi - next to sainte catherine and the 'quartier des spectacles) -local calls free (either to landlines or to cell phones) - during the 4th night (saturday night) 2 rooms of younbg adults were very noisy: laughing in corridors, shouting in their rooms. I had to compalin to the hotel at half past midnight. Same noise when they got back at 6 am

The location was very good. It was a short walk to Mount Royal hill. There were many good restaurants in the area. It was a 20 minute walk down to old Montreal. A Metro station was one block away. During 3 days we didn't need our car. The room was comfortable and we had a good view out the window. The hotel needs some renovation work, though the front desk said some of the other floors were currently under renovation.

The detailled dimension of the room was not mentionned and I could hardly get an extra cot in the room for a third guest On the picture it appeared much larger !

The location is close the heart of man festivities of the city. I was pleasantly surprised about the orderly and cleanliness of the room. The temperature control worked intermittently. May be a greater problem in the hot summer days. The noise of the fan was a bit disturbing for light sleepers. Quite challenging to park a minivan in the narrow spots of the parking lot. Difficulty to make turns without worrying about scratching the car.

It had a good price considering its location and the near competitors. We were upgraded to a king sized room for free due to availability (originally purchased a queen sized room) which was very spacious and well furnished. The view from our side of the building was looking down at dingy graffitti- ridden walls. If the hotel was located only 300 metres down the street, there would be a significant improvement.

The location was the best part of the close to eaton center and coras which was right across the street. The rooms are small and there is no fridge or couch in the room. So it was good for the 1 night stay but would for sure have to go somewhere else for bigger if I was staying longer.
