The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Located close to shopping, restaurants, pubs and markets. Of the 2 elevators only 1 was in service and it was not working properly.My room was on the 16th floor. I would not return unless both elevators were working properly. |

The hotel is in close proximity to most major attractions, and only minutes walking distance to the Rideau mall and the Byward Market. Lack of a fitness room. However, I was glad to learn I could use the university facilities at no charge. |

The Customer Service was remarkable, and the Hotel was very clean and very affordable. I was very impressed by the efforts of the staff to ensure we had a relaxing stay. Everything concerning my stay at the Quality Hotel was great. |

Convenient downtown location, pleasant helpful staff On arrival (late-2230) there was aline up of epop[le checking in. Only one staff at desk, no evidince of a manager althoughsign said manager on duty (perhaps they were the one staff). Took about 20 min to complete a simple check in. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but a bit surprising. |

It was goood value for a hotel right downtown Ottawa.Parking was affortable and staff and the "Don Cherry's" pub made it a comfotable spot to relax. The Hotel although only 3 blocks from the Rideau Shopping Mall and the Westin Hotel is in a shady or not so nice part of town. My son and I walked out of the Hotel lobby and walked to the Market but at 10pm decided we felt a lot safer taking a taxi back to the Hotel.The Hotel itself is a good value but quest should know in advance that it is not in the greatest part of town. |

The location was convenient in downtown Ottawa, close to the Parliament Buildings, Rideau Shopping Centre, the Byward Market and the National Gallery of Canada. It was easy for me to walk everywhere, which was important as I don't have a car. The front desk staff were not friendly when I checked in (no smile, no eye contact, rushed me through) and not particularly helpful when I needed to ask them questions. |

The desk staff were extremely courteous. The room was stuffy and warm. The cleaning staff are not attentive to corners and dust; other's hair on bathroom floor and on hair dryer. When I went to fill in evaluation card, it had already been filled out and apparently left by previous person and left there by staff. No value in filling out card to point out problems when not looked at. |

Il n'a pas de chambre avec lit queen tel que vous l'avez mentionné sur la résevation. J'étais déçue On aurait pu nous offrir un déjeuner gratuit. Le matin le gérant me l'a offert mais on avait déjà mangé. |
