The staff was fantastic and the room was absolutely beautiful.

Everything was perfect.

Don Cherry's located in the hotel. Parking underground cheaper than most downtown hotels. No "hidden costs" on my bill.

Major construction all around it, hard to find entrance/parking. Some kind of school trip with hundreds of teenagers; waited for elevators for way too long. Bathrooms in rooms need complete overhaul, getting old and dirty, as are hall carpets. Not worth $150 per night.

Was in Ottawa to pick up grandson from U of Ottawa. Hotel very close to all we needed to do. Access and departure was easy.

Pretty much, everything was OK.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger; not enough power sockets. Parking directions are confusing.

Its location. Close to the Parliament (4 or 5 blocks from there) and the Rideau Canal. Parking at the same building, although costly (16 CA).

Coffe machine at the room needs a renewal. The vendor machine, close to the corridor in each floor is too noise. Try not to be at the rooms numbered xx01.

Manager was rather rude when dealing with check-in issues, using a pre-paid credit card.....and I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned to the card 2 weeks later???

The hotel is "hidden from view" as it were. It is a bit out of the way (and close to a somewhat run down area), yet in reality, super-close to everything that matters in downtown Ottawa, and easy access to transportation. So, lesser known which gives it a good price for an excellent location. And rooms spacious for the size. Young staff very helpful and polite.

Some people talking loudly in hallways at 4 am. Didn't last long. Very small lobby area, a bit cramped.

Location of hotel is great for sightseeing, walking and all amenities are very close to hotel. great that we didn't have to drive all over!

The parking is somewhat limited and for first time visitors a little confusing,but hotel staff were very good at helping.

Locations pretty good, nice how its across from lcbo and Metro. Parking was close.

Cover on the bed sheet looked very old style and none of the furniture matched, its like they won it from an auction. It kind of smelled like people used to smoke there. Parking garage could use some fresh paint.

We went to Ottawa to enjoy the National Art Gallery and a play at the Ottawa Little Theatre. We liked that the gallery was very close driving and the theatre even closer (just around the corner). The underground parking was great. The weather was nasty, so it was a bonus that Don Cherry's (a sports bar/restaurant) could be accessed in the of the hotel.

May want to clean the carpets in halls and elevators.

The room was very noisy. For the most of the night the party next door kept us away and at 08:30 in the morning the room service woke us up ("Please do not disturb" signs were not available/provided).

The team was really nice and helpfull. They are all very attentive and friendly. I stayed with my parents and my brother during a family trip and we have been really surprised of the quality: welcoming, clean, well localisated.
