La restauration laisse un peu à désirer...

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien entretenue dans laquelle on se bien. Personnel disponible est chaleureux.

Petit déjeuner non inclus, mais chambre équipée (cafetière, réfrigérateur, micro- ondes), Ligne de chemin de fer proche.

Ayant bénéficié d'une offre promotionnelle le rapport qualité/prix était excellent. Très bon accueil et lit très confortable.

Ac was not good it stopped in between. Shower was not good as it was making to much noise and pressure was very low which I felt was nit according to the money we paid for the room.

The location very clean wild life in the area able to get to places easily without driving to far lovely room with upstairs bedroom staff very helpful nice being able to have a cup of tea in the reception

our room was clean spacious and the hotel staff were very friendly. loved the hot tub amd the mountains

our bed wasnt very comfortable and we were disappointed the fireplace wasnt usable.

clean rooms though there was a red wine stain on the carpet in the room but the bed was lovely room was a bit warm just needed to turn the heating off staff were very friendly good value

Good location, staff were pleasant, free parking, and wireless Internet.

Bed was hard, no answer on room service number 5058 or 5059, no towels at the pool, elevator was very slow.

I found the hotel a bit outdated. It needs some TLC.

Very clean, good sized room with mountain view.

Like most hotels, the smell of bleach or other cleaners was strong in room. It would be great if they would switch over to eco-friendly cleaners/laundry detergents.

The hotel is well taken care of and very easy to find.

The loft rooms face the railroad so the noise is bad 24/7. The restraunt was closed for much of our stay which was somewhat inconvenient.

Comfortable beds, price, view

Location right beside tracks, so request a north facing room. Lack of pride and professionalism from front end staff, server was down, elevator broken no offer to help with bags up 4 flights of stairs. Requested when booking online for a spare cot in room, had to make request again after check in. Stayed 2 nights, inquired when cleaning of room would be done and not slated to be cleaned, advised to call front desk and request what we needed. Had to re-request new glasses as the ones brought had a hair and finger prints on inside of glasses. Maybe it was just the timing of my visit, but did not get a good impression.

Rooms were spacious and nicely kept.

The hot water in the room was not hot enough. There was no label on the heater to show where the temperature controls were, hard to find. Price quoted on Booking.com was shown differently at hotel. Fortunately the price was changed to match the booking ($10 per room difference).

Elevators were not working when we arrived. Have to take the luggage up to 4 th floor by stairs. Room Carpet was not very clean, sofa cum bed was very uncomfortable, after every while train used to pass even at nights disturbing the sleep

the pool wasn't big enough and should have a water slide for the pool...they could have more activities for children..

Spacious suite

The carpet could have been cleaner in the suite.

The staff is very good. The views are amazing! The rooms are very nice, I really enjoyed the little fire place and the king sized bed.

I did not like the party that went on in the hallway for several hours! I realize that there was some sort of tournament going on in town and that the hotel was full of little hockey players and their families but I shouldn't have been disturbed because of it! Maybe in the future you could reserve a small block of rooms that are for the people who are not there for the tournament....there were free range children running, screaming and playing in the halls and their parents were lining the halls drinking and being very loud. I was extremely annoyed. I paid $150 for that room for one night, I expect better for my money than that.
