I liked the convenient location from the airport with ample parking. It is located on the rapid bus route to the subway for trips to downtown Toronto for business or shopping. It was a bit noisy on the Saturday night. |

Upon arrival, I gave a copy of my booking.com reservation. At first they could not find my booking, but was able to do so with my confirmation paper. The description said I was entitled to an Executive Room with a Queen or King bed. I requested a King (there were plenty available) and was told I was not eligible as they never 'give' them over the internet!!! |

Free internet access, location, room was clean and comfortable. Poor sound insulation (could hear planes, traffic, ice machine, guests in hallway, very loud air conditioner). |

Quality Inn would not give us a room with 2 queen size beds even though I had confirmed that with booking.com. Hotel staff said that they were not responsible for what booking.com said. We would not accept the room with 1 queen size bed so they upgrades us to a king and then made us pay another $80. per night even though I had booked 2 queens and had the confirmation in hand. |

1. Delivered my laundry at 11:00pm (no consideration) 2. shower wter quit (in the middle of showering) desk clerk acted as if she did not care. 3. Rats outside bar/restruant on patio where they serve food and drinks. 4. Fruit flys in restruant. |

Great quality vs. price ratio! It is a bit far from center so if you don't have a car, you need to take a bus to metro station. It can take up to 1h before you are in the center. They also have train station near (Etobicoke North) where you can walk in 25min. Train takes you to Union Station in 20min but only between Monday and Friday. If you are going Union Station or nearby, train is more faster than bus / metro combination. |

The Breakfast waitress was very rude to us and made it quite obvious that she did not want to help us. We therefore decided not to use this facility again. |

Lovely, comfortable room, quiet and well equipped. There was confusion over our reservation - the desk clerk had to look for several minutes to find our booking. Then, she sent us to a standard room when it clearly said Executive room on our booking. We had to straighten it out. |

Ik ben zeer vriendelijk onthaald geweest ondanks het feit dat ik zeer laat ben toegekomen. Ook het ontbijt was zeer aangenaam. De kamers mochten iets groter zijn. |
