A home away from home indeed! It's clean, large, comfortable and well illuminated rooms, as well as dutiful house-keeping staff are noteworthy but may be matched by the competition. What is outstanding and remarkably so, is customer services, a positive guest-oriented attitude of the staff and the willingness of management to make your comfort a priority. The general manager is an avid listener and treats your opinions and requests with the priority they deserve. By all indication it appears this hotel has not grown 'too big' for the guest. Oh by the way, don't forget to visit the restaurant. You will likely be impressed with the food as well.

We were on our way for a cruise in Floridia and went early to make sure we did not miss our flight out to the cruise. They had very good transportation to and from the airport. They had a very good continial breakfast and very good service. this made it very easy for us travelling. Thanks for the comfortable room.

Location , Comfort and Price. The reception at night with two Afro-Canadian ladies one of them kept my credit card for more than 20 minutes when she returned my driver's license instantly and asked me to place a parking tag on my dashboard , very unprofessional returning my driver's license and keeping my Visa card which resulted in calling my bank to cancel my card and I had to use my debit card ( so I lost all the visa points) . As obviously I could not trust her. Very weired , awkward. I was very upset, but I avoided talking to both of them as they seemed to be unfriendly probably they were not happy either with the job or the shift. It all came back in one way or another on me.

Gratis parking en wifi. 1km from hotel you have a gas station where you can buy croissant,...and there are a few restaurants. It takes 1 hour to go downtown, cn tower or beaches with bus and subway and costs 3 dollar It is far from downtown

Ok in general. Liked pickup service from and to airport 1. Tv picture in room of extremely poor quality, likely requires repair or replacement. 2. On pickup from airport, driver had the radio tuned loudly to a Punjabi or Pakistani radio station. When he left the van to pickup other guests, he left the radio at the same loud pitch and turned the volume down when the van was filled to capacity. Please note that I am also an immigrant but would never subject anyone, let alone paying customers, to my personal preferences. A local station using the predominant language in the area, that being English, would have been appropriate and curteous.

The location. I needed a hotel that was located near the airport. At the same time, I wanted to pay as little as possible. Using a last-minute offer, I selected the Quality Hotel. While it is not as close to the airport as others, still it is only a 10 minute ride using the hotel shuttle from the airport (I would recommend that it is clear at the moment the reservation is made that the hotel shuttle must be called to be picked up at the airport). Not that in mattered to me, facilities in the hotel are limited and there is not much around this hotel. This is truly a hotel for an overnight for passengers between flights. The ac in the room was a bit noisy but without it the room was warm. I did not understand why at check out I was unable to get a total bill covering the price of the room and the extras. I got a bill for the extras and told the bill for the room would come directly from "booking.com" which i know is untrue from previous experience..

Location, ease of free shuttle access to airport, (this was a lay over stop), cleanliness, staff, price, oh my gosh the price! Comfortable beds Room 1405 - hot but you couldn't sleep with a fan on because it sounded like a jet engine. Bath tap doesn't stay in place - slips down from lukewarm water to very hot. Didn't have time to tell mgmt.

Convenient, reasonably cheap and clean; breakfast was good and quick. On www.booking.com it was possible to upgrade from a $49.50 room with one or two individual beds, to a $70.50 room with a queen-size bed, which I did, but in fact I was eventually given a room with two individual beds for the higher price, so I felt I was ripped off, although for one night before my flight I guess it wasn't material...

If you are looking for just a place to stay, this will fit the bill. Clean, cheap, free shuttle to Air Port, free Wi-Fi and business centre. For more than two or three nights, you may want to stay somewhere else. Staff is friendly. Some rooms stink from smoke, even though its said, that the Hotel is 'non smoking' We just asked for another room.

Easy to locate from Hwy. 401 and great access to airport. Clean. Friendly staff. This hotel was great for the time we used it - we arrived at 9:30 P.M. and left at 5:00 A.M. so did not have a lot of time to check out the area.

I liked the location (close to the airport). It was very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Great breakfast and excellent service. We spent a very comfortable night there and had an excellent driver to shuttle us to the airport in the morning...VERY Friendly and helpful ...lifting our luggage, etc. Would definitely stay there again. No negative comments except we would have liked the restaurant to be open. However, we totally understood that we arrived late and the restaurant was closed for the night!

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the restaurant was well priced and the food good. I stayed on an upper renovated floor and it was nice with a very comfortable bed. For being close to the airport it was quiet. There was a fitness room and pool that I was not able to take advantage of for time reasons. The only reason that I would not stay again is that it is too far from the Conference Centre if you do not have a car (although the public transit was excellent).
