The room rate I received through Booking.com was great. The hotel staff are friendly. The rooms are a little dated and tired. I've stayed here several times and seen everything from loose electrical outlets to cracked counters and faucets. All that being said the hotel is not bad.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Latoya, who worked at the front desk was wonderful. We had to extend our stay and she made it all happen and we were able to stay in the same room as the night before. The staff were freindly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Toronto and want to shop and dine. Great location. The airconditioning was not working properly so it was stuffy.

I enjoyed the service I received when checking in. Latoya at the front desk was so helpful and very friendly. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants a short drive away. I will stay here again. The airconditioning was not working properly so the room got very stuffy.

Good location for getting into town, close to highway. Clean/comfortable The staff were not particularly friendly on the one day. However I had no problems at all with the hotel itself. -no fridge :(

I liked the location and for the price it was fine. The maid service was a little sloppy ie. The blanket was just left thrown on bed and towels looked like they were just quickly thrown on rack. Not a big deal, I was just surprised it wasn't left neater.

The staff were friendly and focused on my comfort. Staff showed me an alternative ice machine on another floor. I appreciated that staff didn't insist on remaking my bed each day but kept me well-stocked with clean towels and so on. The distance from the downtown area. I wasn't crazy about having only one restaurant with a small menu and a less-than-inviting ambience.

The staff was the least accommodating staff I ever dealt with. I wouldn't return to this hotel if you paid me. If you are going to this airport hotel with dogs: We got wrong information on the airport shuttle- the staff of this hotel told us dogs are allowed- then when we arrive to the shuttle we are told that dogs are not allowed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times on several floors (8th, 10th, 12th). It offers very good value for the cost and a location accessible to public transit, with free parking. I commend the efforts of this hotel to become entirely non-smoking, but the major challenge is enforcement....and the fact that even on the allegedly non-smoking floors, the carpeting and walls reek of cigarette smoke....I Doubt the smell will ever come out. In addition, inconsiderate, ignorant smokers continue to violate the hotel's new non-smoking policy.......how to educate these morons is a challenge. Still, this hotel continues to be one of the best values in Toronto as it aggressively prices its rooms to maintain a high occupancy rate. See comments in "like" column.

We went for our 40 year anniversary. This was our 2nd stay. It is close to St Clair, Corso Italia & also near Yonge & Lakeshore & we like all the shopping malls nearby. Please notify us of specials because we are out of the country. TY
