- Great choice if looking for good cheap hotels - Friendly staff - Big clean room with comfy bed - cable tv - my offer also included free breakfast, which was decent - The free wi-fi only works at non-peak hours. In the evening it's useless - no minibar in rooms - only good choice if you're driving. Even the closest convenience store is a mile away.

I liked the location (close to the airport). It was very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Great breakfast and excellent service. We spent a very comfortable night there and had an excellent driver to shuttle us to the airport in the morning...VERY Friendly and helpful ...lifting our luggage, etc. Would definitely stay there again. No negative comments except we would have liked the restaurant to be open. However, we totally understood that we arrived late and the restaurant was closed for the night!

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the restaurant was well priced and the food good. I stayed on an upper renovated floor and it was nice with a very comfortable bed. For being close to the airport it was quiet. There was a fitness room and pool that I was not able to take advantage of for time reasons. The only reason that I would not stay again is that it is too far from the Conference Centre if you do not have a car (although the public transit was excellent).

Location Parking for max one week. We left 4 messages about parking for 2 weeks & no one returned my call. Had to arrange parkingat a park & fly on our own & pay 100.00 extra. Given wrong keys to 2 rooms that were already occupied.

It is convenient if you travel from the airport as it is just 10 min by car or hotel shuttle. There is free parking as well and the restaurant seems to provide sufficient quality. Taxi to Toronto city center takes you around 50 dollars. The personnel had lost our second reservation and they asked us to pay the current rate which was double the initial. We had to cancel the second room reservation because of the price they asked us. Eventually they found it and we changed our plan again cause they would charge us anyway the second room.

Helpfulness of the staff, the complementary breakfast was a factor in the booking. Price was right. Good access to airport and The Toronto Airport Church conference center. Helpful to have internet access. Good parking. No problems except perhaps a little cold in bed not used to being without continental quilt.

We arrived late and the resturant had just closed. They were kind enough to let us in and made us sandwiches to take to our room. The room was clean and comfortable..a good bargain for the price.

Friendly helpful staff, reasonably convenient to the airport, price The airport shuttle has to be called / booked, and can take a long time (if it is full it just does a round trip before coming back so you can wait more than an hour - instead of stopping by the pickup and letting you know there would be a delay). My credit card was charged a few dollars here, a few dollars there! Instead of one charge at the end of my stay I had a half dozen charges spread over the course of the stay. This was a cost to me as I am not resident in Canada so every time the card was charged I bore a transaction fee. It also made it very difficult to work out what was being deducted and why. Why not just (one) bill on check-out? A shuttle to take you to the nearest subway would be nice - it's $25 by taxi each way.

The rooms were exceptional considering the price of my room. It was reasonably clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. My main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was reasonably priced and had a free airport Shuttle service. The Quality Hotel on Islington and the Quality Suites on Carlingview should be better distinguished, I got on the wrong shuttle and was taken to the wrong hotel at first, but the staff were helpful and managed to get me to the right hotel. Also, in the middle of night, I got hungry and couldn't find the Vending machines. The signs just kept leading me to a stairwell. Not too big of a deal.

Excellently located to the airport, the price of $52.00 is perfect for me as I am a Bus driver and have to stay overnight in Toronto prior to starting a charter and as I have to pay for accommodation myself the price is fantastic, please keep this rate for people like me

It's a quality hotel, reasonably priced and close the airport. Hotel is very clean and the room is very well designed in classical style. I was given breakfast plate full of sweet stuff except the butter. I had no choice but eating it. Choices has to be given to the guest and extra fee could be required for a better breakfast. I did not like the check out to be at 11am. Noon is the best time for check out.
