The hotel was close to the airport and also was a 30 minute bus ride from Vancouver City Center. The staff was not very helpful giving information about public transportation in and around Vancouver. |

There was a shuttle to and from the airport. The room was clean and properly furnished. There was far too much security at check in and throughout our stay. There was no restaurant and there was difficulty finding somewhere to eat |

Everything worked smoothly. The parking was secure. The rooms were very good value for the price and more than adequate. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. The complementary breakfast was a real bonus and good. Overall, as several fellow guests remarked, the hotel was "extremely good value". |

I had to have my key swiped 5 times...and my room wasn't cleaned for 2 days including towels and garbage even though I did complain 3 times to the desk girls! Driving out of the parking area requires one to drive over the tubing 2 or 3 times before the gate will go up!! Very annoying when in a hurry. |

This is a perfect location if your flight leaves early in the morning --- a taxi to the airport takes 5 minutes and costs CAD 12 -- 15. |

Das Hotel ist ausreichend und zweckmaessig ausgestattet. Als erste Anlaufstation nach einer langen Flugreise gut geeignet. Ideal ist der kleine Park hinter dem Hotel, der zu kleinen Spaziergaengen einlaedt. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang unterbrach oefters das Gespraech, um Telefonanrufe entgegen zu nehmen. |

De heerlijke bedden in het hotel!!!!!!En goeie kussens...dat zie je niet vaak.Verder was de kamer schoon.Lekker in het centrum van Richmond,je hebt alles bij je in de buurt.Er zit een mooi park achter het hotel,waar je lekker kan wandelen.En een goeie busverbinding naar Vancouver!!!Voor 9dollar kom je overal met de bus en seabus(de hele dag geldig)....je kan dan zelfs skien!! Het ontbijt had van mij wat uitgebreider gemogen....Er was geen keus uit vlees of kaas als beleg.Maar tussen jam,pindakaas en smeerkaas....en een gekookt ei.....En soms werd het ontbijt iets te vroeg weggehaald.....09:25 in plaats van 09;30.... |

朝食が７時以降だったため，料金は朝食込みでしたが，食べられませんでした（フライトが早かったため）． 壁が薄いのか，隣の部屋（上の階？）の人の声が夜中でもよく聞こえました． |
