upgrade without asking, view from room and balcony, friendly folks at front desk boiled eggs at breakfast overcooked (inedible - sulfur-tasting); eggs themselves not nice quality (yolks weren't even really yellow); need at least two toasters of four slices, and some really good bread (not the super cheap kind) would make a world of difference. |

Room was clean, front desk staff were polite and helpful. The reason I haven't ticked some of the boxes above is because it was an overnight stay during our transit to Vancouver Island from the east. |

Staff was pleasant to deal with, and helpful. Hotel is only 5 blocks from the Vancouver Skytrain which takes you into Vancouver, and the cruise port, if you are leaving from city center it drops you off within 300 yards of the cruise terminal. They had a continental breakfast at the hotel, juice, coffee, tea, waffles, cereal and yogurt and toast No not the newest but nice and good value for the money |

fairly conveniant to sky train at Richmond, and very Quiet, and value for money with Continental breakfast a little crowed early morning for breakfast, would not suit ealderly if walking |

We were attending the BC Seniors Games in Richmond and this hotel was very well situated to the venues so it was easy for us to find our way around. The staff were very helpful. Its not a dislike, but a choice of muffins or crossaints added to the breakfast would have been appreciated |

We arrived late at night and had to get up early in the morning to catch a connecting flight and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful. The airport service was not satisfactory. The driver told us that he cannot drop us in front of the terminal which I found strange. |

Friendly Staffs and Convenient location to great Richmond Asian Food and Shopping The double beds are too small and the walls between rooms are pretty bad to block the noise. I could hear the toilet flush and shower from next room loudly. |

The hotel and the continental breakfast is very basic but clean and fairly comfortable. I booked for 2 queen beds and all they gave us was a king with a single, we complained but they said that is all they could do as they were full, which I find unacceptable as we booked in advance and our booking was confirmed as 2 queens. one of my boy had to sleep with us. |

The hotel was close to the airport and also was a 30 minute bus ride from Vancouver City Center. The staff was not very helpful giving information about public transportation in and around Vancouver. |

There was a shuttle to and from the airport. The room was clean and properly furnished. There was far too much security at check in and throughout our stay. There was no restaurant and there was difficulty finding somewhere to eat |

Everything worked smoothly. The parking was secure. The rooms were very good value for the price and more than adequate. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. The complementary breakfast was a real bonus and good. Overall, as several fellow guests remarked, the hotel was "extremely good value". |
