The price was excellent. When we called to book the room, we ask for a crib to be put in the room. When we arrived at midnight there was no crib.

The lobby The Room, They give-me the room 150 in the basement. The view is in the garage ! I came in my room and there is a guy's who look at me before he go in is car. The room have 80's look without any luxury. There is mold in the bathroom. I aked to the front desk for changing the room and there is no room availible.

This was a great stopping place for my family, the staff was nice, helpful and informative. Our room was great. I booked on line from my phone, so seeing pictures was not great (because of my phone) but the hotel was clean/friendly/accomodating. I would stay here again.

Location and price during the week. Price on weekend (more than double). AC is very noisy when it starts - loud clunk. No towel hanger. There is no where in the room to hang wet towel.

I really enjoyed the reception I received. The quickness of check in and out was great. The entrance and elevator were impressive. The room was clean and quiet. I was given fresh towels although I did not request them. :) The only thing I did not like was that it was 10 minutes from downtown and not walking distance, but that was easily made up by the proximity to the mall! :)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our overnight stay.Very nice hotel. The Lobby is just amazing, chic and modern. The pool was nice and clean. The rooms are clean, roomy, and quite.Very comfortable beds. The air conditioning functioned perfectly, as did the wireless internet. Friendly staff, very clean hotel, well located 10 minutes from the old port and downtown and has easy access to the highway and free parking. Aquarium du Quebec, 10 minutes away.I'd definitely go back!!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to City center, stayed on the 4th floor in the main building with free internet. Air conditioning. Free brekfast during holiday-Canada day. Otherwise you have to pay for your own. TV programming in french all local Quebec and four american channels. McDonalds and Burger King accross from Hotel and other restaurants (Mikes). Five minutes walking distance from Hotel largest Mall in Quebec City, shoping, restaurants, you name it. Excellent english speaking staff at the front desk. Guys you rock. We travel with older child, and booked two doube beds in the room for two. If the child can sleep in existing bed they only charge $10 per night, extra. Good description on the web site and photos show exactly what you going to get. Parking, behind hotel, car visible from your room, very tight and hard to manuver, lots of local traffic cutting through, dirty, but quiet at night. Safe. Beds very hard, after 3 nights we were glad to go home. Put more lights in the pool area, makes the pool cold and uninviding.

I was in a room with a one Queen-sized bed and we didn't have the option of pulling up the blinds to get more light, which was annoying.

The hotel is clean and stylish, and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is good if you have business in that district or, as I did, an event at the Universite Laval. It takes no more than twenty minutes to walk to campus. A bus will have you there in five. There are many restaurants and other businesses within two blocks or so; while the nicest places are in the old city, there are good restaurants in this district also. The rooms do not get dark enough, because they use these thin white curtains. Sunrise in spring is about 4:30am, so sleeping until a good hour was not possible for me. Some dark curtains would have made Hotel Quartier a perfect residence for my trip.

I didn't like the parking lot. It semées to be in à State That it was going to crash! It had supports all over. Pool was small but nice. It was a very quiet place and lived to hang out in the large lounggy lobby. Rooms were ok but you could tell that it was and old room with some newly renovated touches. Bathroom was renovated but had only an open concept shower ... No tub!!!

The price, and location. Unfortunately, the toilet was extremely slow;every time we flushed, we held our breath because it threatened to overflow. Other clients on the floor seemed to be in a party, keeping their doors open, and travelling to one room to another talking as though they owned the floor. Then 3:00am, clients came back from bars, making lots of noise. There should be some kind of "white" noise in the rooms to drown out exterier disturbances.
