“ The desk clerk was friendly and so helpful. The room was awesome and quiet and the coffee and tea 24/7 already brewed was much appreciated. The access to Boar's Head was great. It was located in middle of town, the parking easily accessible. ”

Location, location, location. We got the Dome room so that was really fun. Price. Free parking. Attached to a funky oldy worldy pub with great feel and food. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee and tea area did not have coffee and tea except for a lucky chance in the morning when we wrung out two cups and shared the two milks that were left. Went back a half hour later to see if it had been refilled and it had not. My husband had a hard time sleeping due to what he felt was some kind of rubberized sheeting on the mattress that kept him sweating all night. The traffic noise was a little loud. Especially the guy on the motorbike who went by late evening and early morning.

I have stayed at the Queens Inn before. Nice people, well located, very large suite at very reasonable cost. Pub is handy if you arrive late like I did and want a quick meal. It's is an historic building so you have to accept things like steps down to your room.

The Superior Room was large with the bed being in a partially cordoned-off area. The room also had a sitting area and a nice bathroom. The decorum was more like an older home, and not bright and shiny. The location was perfect, i.e. downtown Stratford.

You were so kind to my son and myself as he had been ill . That understanding made all the difference for us. He had stayed with his girlfriend 2 x before and we will most certainly continue to book with you in the future , thank you, Teresa R A problem with the phone , he would have the phone ringing for the front desk during his stay.

It was quaint, clean and friendly with a superb breakfast. On very minor thing - the sink plug/stopper in my washroom was old but functional. It needed replacement to improve optics!

It's comfortable, cozy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pub is great. I stayed there for business a few years ago about once weekly for a month, it's my favorite place to stay in Stratford. Feels like home away from home. I was also happy to be able to get room service at 11:00. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving! I would have liked to rent a movie, I didn't see that feature. I changed rooms when I got there, I found the first room to be too dark and tight. The suites however are very comfortable.

Our room was lovely and the king size bed very comfortable. The room was relatively noise free. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, showing us places of interest. The location was great for walking down along the water, beautiful pathway, all cities should have this much access to the water. A very enjoyable stay and performance of 42nd Street at the Festival.
