Children and extra beds
Up to three children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Please Note: Rates do not include a mandatory CAD 20 fee for use of the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen is available in the majority of studios with 2 beds, all of the one bedroom suites and a small number of the studios with one bed.
The kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and table for two.

We have stayed at this hotel at least three times a year for the past six years. we find the staff friendly and courteous - nothing is too much trouble. We once arrived one day early and they went to a lot of touble to accomodate us, with smiles all 'round. When i was looking after my aunt's affairs for a year before she died,we stayed there once a month, and they were very helpful and courteous in providing little extras we needed. |

Good value for money. Staff always helpful. The mattress and pillows were problematic. The mattress was soft, and I had trouble sleeping. The first set of pillows were too thick and gave me a sore neck. Restaurant is pleasant and middle of the road food. |

I enjoyed the central location that made it easy to walk to many attractions. We arrived in Victoria on the train from Parksville. If you were to offer a shuttle to your hotel from the train station you might find more clients. The view of the derelict hotel from the balcony is not an attractive site. Perhaps it is time to make sure it is gone. |

Day of booking, staff significantly upgraded our room - making our trip to Victoria very special. The view was superb & the large room very quiet. Nice touches included newspapers, bottled water, and extra spa items in the bathrooms. |

Room provided was of a very high standard, all facilities including the restaurant were excellent. Prices were very competitive and there, internet services were provided free (a definite plus) and there was no price gouging for little extras. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone and if we returned to Victoria it would be our first choice. Very little |

This is a very quiet and superbly located Hotel. Being independent of tours we got the impression we took second place to the guests with tour companies.The room was not cleaned sometimes until after 4.30pm. |

Front desk personnel where very friendly and helpful. Like that we could leave our luggage in a holding area to pickup later in the afternoon. The lobby has a very relaxed feeling. |

The location and general fittings of the hotel were excellent. Unfortunately we visited during a major heatwave (40C) and none of the rooms had ac. However, I realise taht ac is not usually required even during the summer. |

Bed's were not vaccumed underneath. Reserved for four, only two towels each morning. Either some food or vomit on the wall that my wife had to clean up. Certainly the things I have mentioned. Left a list with the check-out lady. Very disappointed. Could not recommended your hotel to anyone. We paid far to much for a room so poorly taken care of. |

The location was great for convenience to the city. I paid alot of money for a family room and it was nothing more than a double room. It was embarassing because I treated my friends to a night in Victoria. My friend went to bed early and therefore all the rest of us had to tip- toe around the rest of the evening, couldn't read or move about. For the money, I would have expected to get a room that had more space. |

The people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. We felt very cramped in our one bedroom suite. There was no TV in the bedroom which really didn't please us. It was very warm with no air conditioning...when we asked for an extra fan, the hotel did not have one. So we had to have our windows open and the street noise was very loud, very late into the evening. It was also very bright in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in. |
