Room and very were very nice, staff very friendly, nicely decorated for Christmas, the bed and room was very comfortable
I had an issue with my door lock,a nuisance ,but staff were accommodating and were helpful. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet, but it is a quiet time of year for them so maybe that is why it seemed so limited and so standard (plebeian) I didn't have time to order a la carte.
Very well kept , friendly staff
Location was excellent, a leisure walk to the center of town.
Every staff person went out of their way to make us feel wecomed and comfortable!
A comfortable, quiet room . walking distance to town & beautiful trees
Very comfortable and quiet Pool and work out facilities were excellent for a hotel of this size. Well above average Dinner was great. Nice atmosphere. Although I will point out it's not cheap. Expect to pay above $150 including tax and tip with a drink or two.
The location was great as you could walk to the little shops or the river very easily. The staff was very nice and helpful to my husband and I. We are going to make a tradition of staying there every year for our anniversary.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful area in the fall.
No complaints it was a great stay.
spacious, quiet room overlooking Niagara River; beautiful library reading room; great dining; lots of parking
only problem was that new mattress was very hard after spending previous nights at marriott and we were very uncomfortable
Comfortable room. Good Movie Selection. Excellent Breakfast menu. Friendly and competent staff.
A couple of spiders in bathroom. Room Service meal a little cool. Mattress a little too soft.
I did not stay longer
Every thing most enjoyable
Service and staff were very friendly and polite.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the staff were great.
No vent in bathroom, no vending machines on site. Hotel bar closed early on Friday night.
Tiara It's a pleasure to dine in a place that cares so much about service, food and atmosphere.
Bar service could use some attention
The Best Customer Service in the World.
I have nothing to report.
Excellent front desk staff.
Terrible waiter staff in the Bacchus Lounge. Food was not up to par. Room too expensive.
Service was exceptional. Very friendly and informed staff. We tried to have dinner at Bacchus (the Hotels's patio restaurant) and they were a bit short-staffed (discovered later than one of the staff members had an accident). Either way, we decided to leave and eat on the main town strip rather than wait. When we returned, the reception staff stopped us and asked "Red or White?" and surprised us with a nice bottle of wine because we weren't able to eat at Bacchus. Just one of those gestures - like the gift bag for our three-year old and the friendly housekeeping staff - that characterized Queens Landing. The location was perfect too - just a block away from the more crowded main strip, but within walking distance to everything. The hotel is also right on the niagara parks trail so ideal for hikes/bike rides along the Niagara river... We'll definitely be going back!
Lobby, helpfull staff, room furnishings
Noisy HVAC , but that's about all
-Location -Room comfort -Staff were very friendly and helpful -Allowed for late checkout
-Mostly frequented by older people but didn't really bother us -We asked for a Delux King room with a two-person Spa Bath but got a 1-person Spa-Bath...which was disappointing but the hotel refunded the difference to us so no complains there.
First class hotel with first class service! We celebrated our 25th there and they treated us like royalty.
Nice hotel, good size rooms and great location in Niagara on the lake
-Lack of accommodations in the hotel -no outdoor hot tub -no hot tub away from children
Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Front desk housekeeping and the restaurant.
Location - 10 minute scenic walk to downtown Updated bathroom - nice soaker tub
Water damaged furniture - actually peeling Drab furniture and bedding
