I loved my room and the staff was very friendly. It was my birthday weekend & I can definately say that I will be back! I was in a one bedroom suite, and it was awesome. The only thing I wish I could have done is extend my late check out time. But I understand that it was a full weekend and that could not be done. |

The room was fantastic – clean, modern, spacious, fully stocked with everything we would need. The locations is great as well, accessible to everything downtown Toronto, close to the subway. Free breakfast was a bonus, and it was very tasty. |

Staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to assist us. Had a domestic service that would do a daily tidy up of our room. The hotel provided a free internet connection. Some hotels don't provide this service and if they do there is usually a charge. Hotel also provided us breakfast, and there was a great choice of food. We got to the hotel at around 12mn after flying for about 17 hours, and when we arrived we found that our room was doubled booked and had to be accommodated at another hotel just around the corner for the first night. The hotel made up for it by not charging for accommodation for the first night. |

The room was very spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped. It had a huge TV, great shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four. There was an ample breakfast buffet, and a very friendly staff. The thermostat did not work in my room initially, and it was hot. I asked for it to be fixed, and a very friendly but way-too-chatty custodian came to work on it at about 11 pm, and stayed too long when I was very tired and wanted to be alone. Also, a cleaning person knocked on my door as I was about to shower.... |

We liked the size of the room -- a studio including a comfortable king size bed, kitchen facilities and swivel TV. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast, which was included in our rate, was pretty good. We also liked the location. The bathroom fan needed fixing, but we did not get around to complaining. |

This hotel was the perfect location for visiting downtown Toronto. Everything was easily accessible, ball games, comedy shows, sightseeing, dinner. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did not meet one staff person who wasn't cheerful, friendly and sociable. It really is nice to stay where the hotel and its entire staff work to make you stay pleasant. |

We liked the service, cleanliness and facilitied offered to the guests-a small kitchen and a very confortable bed-just perfect. Staying for four days- the breakfast was a little too monotone. |

I found the staff incredibly friendly. The room was in excellent shape when we arrived, and was actually more spacious than we thought it would be. Also, the breakfast was definately a bonus. I missed not having a patio. |

I liked the lay out of the room and the great facilities supplied therein. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Jennifer, and the Manager hosted a guest event for 3 of our days there which was lovely. The fridge was very big and noisy and the doors slammed but these were minor irritants. |

Large room, large bed. Very well equipped (two desks, sofa, kitchenette, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob), with sunny view. Free wifi in the room (very important). Centrally located, right by CN Tower - great view from the room at night. Free (acceptable) breakfast. Starbucks across the road. Good friendly service and good rates. Highly recommended. Small downside: very few groceries available at ripoff prices in the lobby. No restaurant, room service or coffee shop, but then again it's a different style of hotel - more of an apartment stay, so you can cater for yourself. |

Location was excellent and the room was spacy and clean. We also enjoyed complimentary breakfast, which were quite typical, but with good quality. The kitchen and dining facility was good, but unfortunately we could not find good delis or supermarkets. ホテルのせいではありませんが,GSTとPSTに加えて,D.m.とかいう「ダウンタウン利用料金」のような税金がついていて,かつ,それにさらにGSTがかかっていたのは- ,ちょっとむっとしました. |

The rooms were clean, large and the kitchen well appointed. All staff were helpful and the location was excellent. They were overbooked when we arrived, but upgraded us to a larger suite for the duration of our 6 day stay. |

Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families. We are already making plans for a return visit to Toronto and will choose this hotel again. Not really. Everything was fine. |
