Location and cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast queue was a nightmare. Waiting for lifts in morning was very long. No availability of food during the day.
Great location. Staff was very pleasant & helpful. Rooms were nice & clean. Would stay here again.
Parking was expensive.
Within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in Downtown Toronto. Great view of the CNN Tower from the 16th floor. Free breakfast was a major plus. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent staff. Sheets were provided for the sofa beds which I specifically requested.
Sofa bed was a major disappointment because the mattress was wearing out thin and you can feel the springs everytime you move.
Brekfast, small reception, waiting for lifts,
very comfortable friendly staff kitchen was great location was perfect very clean food tasted great
pull out couch was uncomfortable breakfast hours
The hotel itself was very nice. The price was reasonable and the fact that it was a street down from the Rogers Center was a bonus.
Big spacious rooms Free Wifi Breakfast included
Nothing - great hotel
After confirming with the hotel twice they still sold my room. I had to boom a hotel for double the price on the other side of town.
The breakfast could use improvement. More seating space allotment. The room keys were faulty- we had to try numerous times without luck to open the door.
Location, breakfast was more than expected!!
clean, spacious, quiet. friendly staff serving breakfast.
front desk staff is horrible.dirty hanging towels, no bedding in the closets for the sofa bed... i had to call twice to the front desk and finally got to put my small kids to bed 4 hours later.
Excellent breakfast. Clean & Comfortable.
Could not reach housekeeping on the phone....tried to call more than once. We did find housekeeping in the hall and than very well looked after.
Close to Roger's place Spacious room Clean hotel
Line up for breakfast Parking
music played in lobby. nice. breakfast was very good. Lucas was very nice and helpful. he deserved a raise. oh, dominic as well.
pool was small and a dispointment. the toilet in room 2109 had a problem with the flush mechanism. the parking was expensive.
Location, service, room layout
1) Close to Rogers Centre 2) Very good, free breakfast. Teenagers loved it as well. 3) large kitchen and eating are in suite.
The most comfortable bed and pillows in any hotel! Good location within walking distance to good restaurants and the Air Canada Center.
Valet parking was too expensive at $50.00 a day. We parked at the corner lot for $25.00. Breakfast room was too crowded.
The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected. I was delighted and surprised to see they offered a light meal in the evening consisting of pizza and salad. The staff while dining was solicitous and pleasant.
It was a tad bit pricey but given the excellent location, not a surprise.
Smoking smell in the non smoking room
Room was beautiful
The pullout couches horrible I could hardly walk or sleep that nite though they usually are not great,, price us steep
Conveniently located on OSU campus, all the standard amenities you would expect from an upper mid-range hotel
There was some confusion at the front desk upon check-in. They claimed the room included free breakfast (it did not), and even gave us breakfast coupons. The breakfast was then billed at check-out, and they only offered partial refund.
Location us Great, neighborhood is very nice, staff are very professional and friendly
The expensive car parking. Swimming pool very small.
-the location (within walking distance to Chinatown and all downtown attractions)! - room was comfortable for the three of us (my wife and I on the king bed and my mother-in-law on the sofa bed). - the staff were very friendly.
-very small pool area with unlimited kids until 10 pm closing. :(
