Great location, excellent conditions, worth revisiting!
Almost everything was good, the service, the valet parking was under ground the hotel, little bit expensive.the breakfast.
The eat inn breakfast too tied need more room.
Breakfast was fresh and many options to choose from. Even turkey sausage, chicken sausage, and turkey breakfast! Will be staying again in the near future!
The hotel, breakfast, bartender, room appointments were good.
Our room was not made up one day and the manager on duty was patronizing and clearly couldn't care less. Will not go back.
This was a gift for our Mom...nice and comfortable trip. Staff were very helpful
Price, Free Buffet Style Breakfast, Free Wifi Cable Kitchen with fridge etc Pool Hot Tub Location Cheap Parking nearby Pull out couch Table and chairs Extra blankets and pillow Giant awesome closet
Some dishes were not clean in kitchen, Wifi was slower at certain times Key card for room didn't want to work most of the time and had to be played with. At about 9pm, the pool was still full of screaming kids, and they just seemed to always be there :( Hot tub too. Not enough towels in the room.
Excellent location very close to CN tower and many other tourist destinations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor. This was very comfortable and well equipped with a stunning view. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent.
Location to everything is great
Don't like the pet fee of $100 regardless of length of stay
Very good response on technical issues with the room. I had plugged a data cord from my computer into a telephone jack. When my wife and I returned to the room. There was a treasure map laid out in note paper showing what I had done wrong and how it was corrected. The high speed cord was on the other desk. Also very easy layout to watch the news and weather from the desk where I was working at my laptop.
Charges for incidentals and parking were high.( welcome to the big city). Front desk was busy but our clerk forgot to ask the most important question: "Is this your first visit to Toronto". It would have made directions and suggestions take on a diffferent level. A slower more deliberate undertaking would have been nice..
Great location and staff. The room was fine; clean and comfortable.
We spent two nights here and on both we were plagued by large groups of 20-somethings partying 'til all hours. The staff did what they could, but this place seems to be a substitute frat house. Breakfast buffet too small to deal with all the guests.
The concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a good location from which to explore downtown Toronto. The street is accessible but not too busy or noisy. We also got upgraded by the front desk staff upon checking in which was lovely.
Only problem was the bedding was ripped and kept coming off the mattress.
The staff were very friendly and kind. Rooms and facilities were very clean
There was no parking at the hotel except for valet parking which was $47 daily. We parked just two seconds down the street in a large public parking area for $25 over night until noon the next day. The public parking was on the street called Blue Jays.
Large super clean room Friendly front desk staff including a very helpful conceirege.
Pillows should have been higher quality with option to have both soft and firm pillows. Included breakfast could have been served later when so many customers are still eating in restaurant.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in the heart of the entertainment district--you can walk everywhere.
location and breakfast.
Location, breakfast and friendly staff
Sofa bed was unbearable. I slept on the floor with less discomfort. Lipstick on 3 of the 4 wine glassed.
Spacious, bright and spotless suite with excellent bathroom. Hot, delicious breakfast with quality food.
Valet parking at $47 for an overnight stay is a bit rich but we parked at outside lot just one block west on Wellington St for $25.
easy acess/proximity within city proper; excellent staff;
The hotel is close to so many facilities downtown. We were attending an event in Air Canada Centre. There was an excellent selection of food on the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly.
Only one negative and that was the way the coffee pot in the room had its filters crammed in and with coffee grounds.
- Excellent location - Spacious room - Helpful staff - Nice room décor
- Very busy during breakfast time, hard to get a table - Busy elevators (long wait) - Carpet in the room was rippling in some places
Great hotel for city break in great location. Myself and my sister and friend had a king studio snd we had loads of room for all our shopping etc.the room was huge with a kitchenette too. Loads of storage, very comfy bed and sofa bed good too. All staff were really pleasant but the housekeeping staff stood out because they went out of their way to help us when we asked for extra towels r blankets for the beds. Breakfast was excellent and there was two social evenings when we were there with little nibbles.
Nothing I can't find any faults because we just wanted a good location and a good sleep after shopping!
size of room and refrigerator
slow elevators and poor opening front doors
Allowed us an early check in when we asked if they would store our cases. Nice pool to relax in.
Breakfast was disorganised and area too small for hotel this size.
Location, spacious room and friendly staff.
Parking is to expensive.
