I really liked that they let us check in early as there were rooms available. It was also very clean and staff were friendly. The pool and buffet breakfast were great additions. Plus the location is great. Only one issue was the hallway noise. As young adult guests came home in the wee hours it got noisy for our sleeping children.
Location was perfect, room is nice, fairly modern and spacious. Excellent bang for your buck.
Everything! Excellent breakfast buffet - you can even make your own waffles (if you know how)!
The pork sausages (breakfast buffet)were more like hot dogs
Rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped. For the price, location and finally, breakfast INCLUDED, best value we have ever had in downtown Toronto. Stay there!
Friendliness Free upgrade Clean Quiet Great location
I would say Location, free WiFi accessibility are the main drivers that add values to the money I spent.
Parking is too expensive, it should be given for free for customers staying more than two nights.
Close to everything we needed Kitchen was a bonus We are coming back in spring This suited our family with handing cap adult children Would suit older couples as well
they did not have valay parking for our truck had to find a parking lot close in the dark not knowing area was a pain Door men more uninterested in pretty girls than our family
Living room area was large & comfortable; the queen-sized bed was comfy; kitchen facilities great. The staff were all friendly & helpful; breakfasts tasty as was the food served Wednesday evening. A much better experience than expected.
The hide-a-bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Our friend was glad to only have to spend 1 night on it.
Things are starting to get a little worn.
Short Walking distance to many toronto sites, spacious and comfortable room, large variety of breakfast options
Overall okay- the location was very good and the staff was nice.
They wanted to charge for an extra bed, which at every chain of the same standard ever, it's not an issue. I don't know, just never heard of that before. Also security is horrible! There are always drunk, making-out kids in between the doorways of the entrance. The halls are super loud and drunk people roaming the lobby (who don't seem to have anywhere to go).
welcoming staff at reception. We were upgraded to a suite which was well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good if slightly cramped. The hotel was in an ideal location for sightseeing and eating out.
Location was close to lots of restaurants, clubs, shopping... Room was large and very comfortable - like having your own apartment - but you don't have to clean! The included breakfast was much more than we thought it would be. Sausages, scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, muffins, juice, yogurt, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, bread, bagels - you name it, it was there. In-room safe.
We lost service to our tv for a short time. The wifi was slow during peak times. (That's all I can think of)
Well appointed rooms in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district at a great price. Breakfast was as good as expected for an included buffet but certainly no complaints.
Except one...bit of a musty moldy smell from bath shower area.
Great location, excellent conditions, worth revisiting!
I got a discount for this place so "you get what you pay for"
Their customer service
Almost everything was good, the service, the valet parking was under ground the hotel, little bit expensive.the breakfast.
The eat inn breakfast too tied need more room.
Breakfast was fresh and many options to choose from. Even turkey sausage, chicken sausage, and turkey breakfast! Will be staying again in the near future!
The hotel, breakfast, bartender, room appointments were good.
Our room was not made up one day and the manager on duty was patronizing and clearly couldn't care less. Will not go back.
This was a gift for our Mom...nice and comfortable trip. Staff were very helpful
Price, Free Buffet Style Breakfast, Free Wifi Cable Kitchen with fridge etc Pool Hot Tub Location Cheap Parking nearby Pull out couch Table and chairs Extra blankets and pillow Giant awesome closet
Some dishes were not clean in kitchen, Wifi was slower at certain times Key card for room didn't want to work most of the time and had to be played with. At about 9pm, the pool was still full of screaming kids, and they just seemed to always be there :( Hot tub too. Not enough towels in the room.
Excellent location very close to CN tower and many other tourist destinations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor. This was very comfortable and well equipped with a stunning view. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent.
Location to everything is great
Don't like the pet fee of $100 regardless of length of stay
Very good response on technical issues with the room. I had plugged a data cord from my computer into a telephone jack. When my wife and I returned to the room. There was a treasure map laid out in note paper showing what I had done wrong and how it was corrected. The high speed cord was on the other desk. Also very easy layout to watch the news and weather from the desk where I was working at my laptop.
Charges for incidentals and parking were high.( welcome to the big city). Front desk was busy but our clerk forgot to ask the most important question: "Is this your first visit to Toronto". It would have made directions and suggestions take on a diffferent level. A slower more deliberate undertaking would have been nice..
Great location and staff. The room was fine; clean and comfortable.
We spent two nights here and on both we were plagued by large groups of 20-somethings partying 'til all hours. The staff did what they could, but this place seems to be a substitute frat house. Breakfast buffet too small to deal with all the guests.
