The bed was exceptional. Our room had the previous occupants' dirty towels and half empty water bottles. Clearly our room hadn't been cleaned yet. |

i liked the 2 queen size bedroom parking was expensive, didnt like the room service they offered, went out and came back at night and our room wasn't cleaned or anything. |

Proximity to the downtown Parking was ackward. Had to exit the vehicle to use the exit machine. I thought the breakfast menu was overpriced. |

Downtown location, close to parliament buildings, quiet neighbourhood, non-smoking hotel. Decent affordable restaurant. Large clean rooms, comfortable desk and chair. Priced fairly. |

The housekeeping staff were great, the room was comfortable, well-equipped and clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. There were no convenient drink machines although the guidebook said there were, the numbers to dial for local call were incorrectly marked on the phone, I don't like food trays left out on the floor in the halls, and the elevator did not always work well. Every issue that came up seemed to be blamed on the recent fire and that is silly. |

La capienza della stanza. La loro cortesia nel farci trovare la culla per il bambino in stanza (unico hotel che lo ha fatto di quelli prenotati sul sito, nonostante avessimo indicato a tutti che viaggiavamo con un bimbo di 7 mesi). Il parcheggio interno con tariffe analoghe a quelle dei parcheggi cittadini. |

Es tremendamente comodo, aunque desde nuestra habitacion podiamos oir la maquina para el hielo en nuestro pasillo. El precio es algo elevado para un hotel en Canada, y que no se incluya el desayuno. |
