Radisson Hotel Ottawa Parliament Hill    

I thought that the room was a little cramped and when I was asking for toothpaste the informed me that they were out of it. I also think that the price is too high.

didnot have some of the bathrom items ... price a little too high for such a smalll room

No water nore pop drinks in any of your beverages vending machine. Also I talked to the attendant the night of asking where I can get water and they told me outside, rather than you providing the water to us I have to go our late at night to purchase some water. Also the toilet we used it for the first time the toilet would not flush and i had to take out the cover on top and fix the arm of the toilet to get it to flush.

Friendly, helpful staff and nice rooms. Quiet location at the end of town.

Restaurant menu needs changing (it's been the same for the last three or four visitis) and is a bit limited anyway.

Staff poorly informed about the surroundings of the hotel and city major attractions. Room do not have a decent fridge. Restaurant is too expensive and the food is bad, on top they have 20% surcharge for room service, restaurant closes too early,

The king bed was huge and really comfortable! We loved it! Position is great...we moved around the city just walking!

We had breackfast in the hotel...we paid quite a lot, food was ok but the service very slow!

Reception lady didn't seem to friendly, didn't bother to direct us to elevators or our room. We were put in disabled room which had ripped head board, shower rail was to low, Car park beside hotel is privetly run and tiny not to mention expensive! We were advised not to leave it after paying as we might not get a space. When we return but still be charged!

The adjustable bed was cool.

Pillows were excellent. Best we've had in a hotel.

Beds were horrible. They have the ones you can adjust the firmness of, but as such they are effectively air beds.

Restaurant was nice.

Parking was very limited and we should have been told there was minimal underground parking only.we have a truck and the underground parking height was too low .

The parking was expensive, vending machines never worked, tv selection was inadequate(not even basic cable), rooms very small. The hotel did not stand up to the raddison name- should be a travelodge instead. Very disappointed with the quality and standards of what I should expect for the money I paid. My husband tried to call after 6pm on different days and staff never picked up, he could only call during the day for calls to go thru. My family travels to Ottawa several times a year and we will never stay at the Raddison again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

nice welcome - pleasant room - excellent restaurant services (dinner and breakfast) - comfortable bed

the television screen was distorted - inadequate lighting (some people love to read in bed) - a shower cap would be appreciated (cannot go to front desk for that!)

heater broke so we had to switch rooms and they had lost my reservation but they did find me a room in the end

Parking

The room was good and the staff excellent. It was close to the shopping malls and other sightseeing places.

There was noise because of the construction beneath my window on the day I arrived. The room was also cold when I arrived but thanks to the excellent and friendly staff who came and fixed the temperature, the rest of my stay was wonderful!

Convenient to stores & restaurants. Very courteous staff,pleasant surroundings & great welcome when I arrived.

Did not like the fact I had to spend $18 for parking,my option was parking on the street overnight....not good !!!

The location to downtown and the Parliament Buildings

The bed was horrible! So uncomfortable, could barely sleep. The walls are very thin so when people are partying in the next room at 430am you don't get much sleep...of course you aren't sleeping because the beds are so bad.
