Room and staff was amazing
Booking.com messed up our reservations that hotel could not verify. However, hotel staff upgraded our Kind Deluxe room to Suite. Thank you Radisson Hotel staff. You made our stay outstanding.
Nice bathroom and good size
The heat wasn't good either very hot or cold i believe something wronge in thermostat
Everything at the hotel was good. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff but when we did they were polite and helpful. We chose this hotel based on the great location. We could walk to Parliament Hill in 5 minutes. Other great tourist destinations and restaurants were also in walking distance. Overall, great experience with this hotel, no complaints.
Room is quite small for a family
Super welcoming staff, comfortable, clean rooms. Located near the business/parliament district of Ottawa
The WiFi is way too slow for the modern era. Starbucks can give away free hi-speed WiFi and this should be the norm in a hotel of this standard
The constant smell of disinfectant! As someone with a scent allergy it made my breathing difficult and I could not avoid it. It was in the halls and in every room.
The only good thing was the beds. Super comfortable.
I was disappointed that our room was with a view of a brick wall. The hotel did not seem busy. Because we stayed for 3 nights and booked well ahead it would have been nice to have a better view. It is not a hotel I will stay or recommend in the future.
After we checked, we did not find any drinking water in the room. I was under impression that thee will be indoor pool but nothing.
Staff were very helpful.
The Front Desk staff was friendly and when I was at my room door and pulled out card too quick, a maid was kind enough to show me how to do it.
Parking Garage confusing. Ignore pay Box and Front Desk takes care of it at check in. Once parked you have to hope that traffic is two ways - no signing to tell you. And Yes it is Two way, go back the way you came.
Close to amenities, close to my business location. And the staff was excellent
Small rooms, over priced,no breakfast
Enjoyed a three night stay in comfort. Clean room, good value, excellent location.
Good location, reasonably clean decent price.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Parking garage is terrible.
Quiet room, nice view, nice restaurant and staff
underground parking was very tight and limited
Bed and bedding very nice
Lobby lacked any appeal and the windows very dirty
Room was nice as were the people at the front desk. Zero complaints there.
Street was noisy in the morning but it could have been garage day or something. A bit further away from the Market and the museums than I would have liked but very close to Parliament. My own fault as I didn't know the areas of the city.
I liked the size of the room, the duvet/comforter was perfection... I wanted to take it home it was so comfy, the staff was helpful, and the restaurant had the best dinner I had my whole stay.
In the past I have slept with a sleep number bed and loved it. This time both my husband and I woke up every morning with a sore back. We adjusted the bed to a soft bed one night and a harder bed another night. Not sure what the problem was. My sleep was poor because of this. When I was watching tv the duvet and pillows were perfect.
location is not bad
bed was not comfy
Location was great.
Room had an obstructed view and was dark and tired looking.
I liked that I was able to bring along my english bulldog. He was welcomed with open arms. There is plenty of spots where he could do his business steps from the main entrance. A dog park is located at the end of Queen street. It doesn't have gates, so you will need to keep a close eye so that your furry friend does not go into the street. Location is great as it is at the end of Queen street, thus very quiet after 8 pm. But still close enough to pubs and restaurants on Sparks street. You have the best of both worlds. Close to great entertainment and far enough to get a great rest at night.
It is not only with this hotel but with most of them. The room doors are usually not isolated, so you hear everything that happens in the hallway. Also, the next door neighbour didn't have to make a lot of noise for us to hear him. But again, those are problems with most hotels, not only this one.
Comfortable bed, clean room, good location, helpful staff
Small parking garage and parking fee. No free breakfest.
My whole family like that the hotel is located near all the places with like to see around Ottawa (Rideau Canal, Parliament, restaurants, local events, etc) everything was walking distance from the hotel and the information and map that the staff gave us was quite useful and when we told them that our room has no working toilet, they were able to provide us with a new room at the same price.
One of our suites didn't have a working toilet
