Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and up-to-date furnishings, parking out front restaurant wasn't open during lunch, but food was available across the street |

Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent meal in dining room. Great breakfast. Our bed deflated during the night. Staff offered us a new room but we were already in bed & very tired, so stayed put. |

Room was spacious, dinner and breakfast were very good, staff in dining room were excellent and shuttle to airport just great. I would have liked to have a mini bar in the room for storing fresh milk. |

Great shuttle bus service and check in greeting Very minimal room supplies, eg. no note pad and pen; no hair conditioner, no kleenex tissue and not enough towels. Hard for friends to call into my room. Many times no one answers the phone. |

It's a nice hotel with good facilities. Spacious room and wonderful bath. Everything is at internal class. But the bar is not so satisfactory.I was refused to take alchol to my room... but room services could make it happen with more charge. |

ligging vlakbij het vliegveld van vancouver bij aankomst was er onvriendelijk personeel aan de balie dat slecht engels sprak. Ook ander personeel sprak slecht engels. |

Nähe zum Flughafen, praktisch für Zwischenaufenthalt bei Anschlußflügen, gepflegtes Hotel, geräumige, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Unmittelbares Umfeld wenig attraktiv und Lärm durch Schnellbahn. |

Tolles Hotel beim Flughafen Vancouver. Ankommen, 10 min. Später im Hotel. Ideal also für das erste ankommen in Vancouver. Alles sauber, super bequeme Betten, die sogar einstellbar sind. Alles modern und relativ neu. Gut isollierte Fenster, daher der Fluglärm auch kein Thema. Die Lage, aufgrund der Flugplatznähe, lässt nur wenig Möglichkeiten zum "Bummeln", das war aber auch nicht der Grund für die übernachtung. Dennoch eine kleine Mall in der Nähe. |
