the hotel staff were absolutely fabulous. they are very friendly and helpful in terms of everything. the room was a bit crowed. I guess because it is in downtown.

Have stayed here before. Found the location good, with excellent access to public ransit. Good choice of restaurants in the area. If there was a restaurant in the hotel it was not advertised well. The service staff was very accommodating. Granville street has been improved a lot since the subway construction was completed.

I have stayed at this hotel before and found the staff very helpful and friendly and considerate of our needs. It is situated in a very handy locale within walking distance of many attractions in the downtown area.

It was a close walk to the convention center but the area was too dicey to come back to your room after dark. The location is in a bad area. You can hear people in other rooms and the airconditioner didn't work. If you opened the window the noise level was so loud you could hear the TV.

The waitress in the attached bar/restaurant was very rude when we went there while waiting for our room to become ready. We never went back into the restaurant because of her. She was an asian lady. We are part Asian, so we are not biased against her for race, but she was extrememly rude to us.

The staff was very good at customer service! . Nice hotel, Clean location, Good security, Great service! We will come back to this hotel but, we will request a room far from the bars as Friday and Saturday night I wasn't able to sleep until 3am because of the thumping from the music. But if your into the night scene it's only a hop skip and a jump from the hotel. We were in room #414

We enjoyed it so much we've booked to stay another 3 nights when we get back from Whistler. Free wi-fi, great location, really friendly staff. It's clean, comfortable. Excellent value for money!

Nice helpful staff, room was comfortable and a good size. There is a nightclub next door that was very loud and made it difficult to sleep on Friday & Saturday night. The nightclub was closed on the Sunday and everything was fine

Front desk staff were friendly. Location was very convenient. Hotel was flexible about changing our booking. Beds were not reliably made up as thoroughly as was warranted. Security of valet parking was insufficient to prevent a break-in to our vehicle during our stay, although partial compensation for our losses was offered by the hotel.
