Un enfant plus âgé ou adulte est facturé 15,00 CAD par nuit pour l'utilisation de la literie disponible dans la chambre des parents.
Un enfant plus âgé ou adulte est facturé 20,00 CAD par nuit pour l'utilisation d'un lit d'appoint.
Le nombre maximum de lit d'appoint ou de lit bébé en chambre est égal à 6.
Les lits d'appoint sont uniquement disponibles sur demande et ils doivent être confirmés par l'hôtel.
Les suppléments ne sont pas automatiquement calculés dans le montant total de la réservation et ils doivent être réglés séparément à l'hôtel.

Les animaux de compagnie sont admis sur demande (avec un supplément).

La proximité d'une station Sky Train, du centre-ville et du quartier Yaletown avec ses restos branchés. Les chambres sont situées au dessus d'un Night Club où la musique arrête à 3 hres du matin. Il est donc tout indiqué pour quelqu'un qui souhaite sentir la basse et le drum dans son matelas une partie de la nuit. Également si vous pouvez vous contenter de 3 hres de sommeil par nuit, c'est l'endroit idéal car à 6 hres du matin, le camion de vidanges vient vider les conteneurs à déchets directement sous la fenêtre de votre chambre. Bruit infernal et spectacle dégoulinant garanti... Les chambres sont microscopiques, mal insonorisées et les planchers craquent. En bref, cet hotel est indigne de la réputation de la chaine Ramada Inn sur laquelle je m'étais fié pour faire cette réservation. |

A proximite de tout, chambre petite mais lit tres confortable et le tout tres propre. rue tres mouvemente la nuit donc si personne voulant tranquillite ce n est pas l hotel ideal.. |

Sa localisation dans le Vancouver Downtown, son accès internet compris, la gentillesse du personnel. Du fait de sa localisation et du manque d'insonorisation, un peu de bruit les samedis soirs jusque 3-4h du matin. |

I liked the fact that the staff were quiet knowledgeable in terms of where the main attractions were and how to get to them. Put up signs for others staying at the hotel to keep noise level to a minmum (during the night, i was woken up on several nights). |

My stay was totally spoiled by the noise from a club/disco somewhere below or ajacent to my room. Every night at around 10.30 until 2/3 am there began the thump thump of a heavy bass sound that reverberated around the structure of the building and totally prevented sleep. I complained to the staff who moved me to another floor but it was still the same. The staff told me that they had received complaints from other guests but there was nothing they could do. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful regardless of time of day Room cleaning was superficial during my stay... bathroom had hairs from previous guests on door, walls that remained there during my entire stay. Otherwise, for the price, the hotel was OK. (would never pay full price for a room there) |

Price was excellent.... before I went to Canada, I ordered specific things in my room and they were met. Room was cleen and the hotel location is so close to Vancouver major entertainment. I'll visit vancouver next May and I'll stay in the same hotel most probably. I was in the 6th floor, yet the music beats were hearable from the club or bar beside the hotel, it is horrobile to those who stayed directly above the club . From my room's window u colud see others rooms and vise versa, u need to close the window's shallow all the time, not to forget that the window it self is static, u can't open the window. |

The location is good, right in the middle of downtown. They were nice enough to give me a bigger room since my stay was 13 nights. The room had all necessities included and clean. The staff was helpful to my needs. They also give a free pass to the gym next door which is great. The smell in the hallways was unpleasant at times. I was in the 3rd floor and sometimes I would hear the music from the club downstairs but nothing serious. I had really noisy kid neighbors that were extremely annoying - luckily they didn't stay for long. When I was checking out I was told that I owe $18. Turns out that when i was charged the first time, they didn't charge me the full price which I find weird. |

The lobby and hallways are inviting and clean.Your maids were very friendly and helpful. My room was quite nice, clean and comfortable While the staff was friendly, when asked how to get were i wanted to go they did not give me all the options available. Breakfast, the location was not very appealing and the food was awful. I would not book a meal when registering again. Your hotel itself meets good standards, but I think you have a real problem with your meal services. |

A nice comfortable Hotel. Based directly in the busy part of Downtown Vancouver, Ideal if you want to be in amongst the action. Perfect for solo traveller's, young couples, but not ideal for Families. Overall a very comfortable stay, clean room, and very friendly and helpful staff. No Inhouse dining facilities. Internet connections not very good. |

I enjoyed the staff, always pleasant and helpful and courteous, good location to any hotspots and nearby any public transit stations. It was within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown Vancouver in my opinion. I think that some sort of noise reduction from the nightclub next door could be an improvement. Other than that nothing. Also maybe reduce the bathroom fan noise but not a big deal really. |

The hotel was very close to everything downtown. It was convenient and affordable. It was relatively clean. The room temperature was hard to control with the ac/heat unit available. |

Very pleasant staff - Hotel room somewhat tired looking - but good value - esp because got last minute deal (stayed for one week) Upper hallway on the floor we stayed at was quite unpleasant - urine smell in various spots - needs good airing and cleaning - parking situation not the best and taxi drop off ackward - otherwise good location - night club next room - noisy at night - can hear into the room - although not unbearable |
