room reno not completed in room we first booked into (missing a closet bar only) and staff right prepared another room. Excellent location

I liked the fact that the staff were quiet knowledgeable in terms of where the main attractions were and how to get to them.

Put up signs for others staying at the hotel to keep noise level to a minmum (during the night, i was woken up on several nights).

The staff were very friendly and helpful regardless of time of day

Room cleaning was superficial during my stay... bathroom had hairs from previous guests on door, walls that remained there during my entire stay. Otherwise, for the price, the hotel was OK. (would never pay full price for a room there)

The location is good, right in the middle of downtown. They were nice enough to give me a bigger room since my stay was 13 nights. The room had all necessities included and clean. The staff was helpful to my needs. They also give a free pass to the gym next door which is great.

The smell in the hallways was unpleasant at times. I was in the 3rd floor and sometimes I would hear the music from the club downstairs but nothing serious. I had really noisy kid neighbors that were extremely annoying - luckily they didn't stay for long. When I was checking out I was told that I owe $18. Turns out that when i was charged the first time, they didn't charge me the full price which I find weird.

A nice comfortable Hotel. Based directly in the busy part of Downtown Vancouver, Ideal if you want to be in amongst the action. Perfect for solo traveller's, young couples, but not ideal for Families. Overall a very comfortable stay, clean room, and very friendly and helpful staff.

No Inhouse dining facilities. Internet connections not very good.

The neighborhood of the hotel is not very pleasant.

I enjoyed the staff, always pleasant and helpful and courteous, good location to any hotspots and nearby any public transit stations. It was within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown Vancouver in my opinion.

I think that some sort of noise reduction from the nightclub next door could be an improvement. Other than that nothing. Also maybe reduce the bathroom fan noise but not a big deal really.

Very pleasant staff - Hotel room somewhat tired looking - but good value - esp because got last minute deal (stayed for one week)

Upper hallway on the floor we stayed at was quite unpleasant - urine smell in various spots - needs good airing and cleaning - parking situation not the best and taxi drop off ackward - otherwise good location - night club next room - noisy at night - can hear into the room - although not unbearable

Location was amazing! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Good clean affordable accomodation located in the downtown core. Liked what was offered/included in hotel policies. Provided convenient walking access to public transportation, a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Good proximity to a multitude of tourist attractions.

On arrival parking to check in was a little awkward. Lot was full and no available parking on street- fortunately was able to wait in vehicle in back lane while other person went in to hotel to learn parking drill. Not really a hotel issue but apparently an unavoidable social consequence for Vancouver tourism - on doing considerable and extensive walking throughout the entire downtown area realized you don't go 50 feet anywhere on a main thoroughfare in Vancouver without being harrassed for money or finding a mentally ill person. Found it rather annoying and sad. I believe B.C. (Vancouver) really is "the most beautiful place on earth" but a leisurely enjoyable walk will not be had. Vancouver - the panhandling capital of the world ??

Nice and confy room, large bathroom, internet access point + wifi in the rooms. Friendly staff, assistance for dry-cleaning. Great resto-pub downtairs. Moreover, perfect location! Very good quality-price. Thanks!
