We've stayed at this Hotel many times over the years when in town for our children's Lacrosse tournaments and playoffs.Friendly Staff, close to major roadways, close to shopping. I would and do recommend the Radisson South. Parking is tight although nice to see a security guard patrolling at night time |

Underground parking Pool facilities were dated and not welcoming to guests as it was part of a health club... Room was unclean, found underwear in closet. |

My reservations were made on July 15, for Aug. 15,09 for one night and I was given conformation #s. When we arrived are booking was not confirmed but they fortunetly had one room left. In the future I would have better follow up or you could have very angry people out there. Thank-you, Fred Brad |

Staff we very courteous and extremely helpful. Room was very clean, cleaning staff was helpful and always smiling. Made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Was there on business, the room was perfect, clean, quiet. Absolutely not one single complaint |

Malgré le double vitrage, notre chambre situé sur un coté du batiment ne bénéficiait pas d'une bonne insonorisation et nous avons subi le bruit des installations de l'immeuble voisin. J'ai alerté la réception qui nous a envoyé quelqu'un de la maintenance. Ce monsieur a effectivement constaté la nuisance et nous a proposé un changement de chambre. Il était déjà tard et nos valises étaient défaites, nous avons refusé cette offre. Courtoisie certes, mais gène néanmoins. Vérifier dès votre arrivée que vous n'êtes pas sur le mauvais coté de l'hôtel. |
