The Radisson Hotel Edmonton South is ideally located in South Edmonton, just minutes from the International Airport, West Edmonton Mall and the city center. The hotel’s 235 guest rooms are all comfortable and well-appointed and the hotel itself offers a wide range of facilities. Health club amenities include a large gym, indoor running track, indoor saline pool and juice bar. The Radisson Hotel Edmonton South’s has a delightful central atrium courtyard full of potted plants, fountain, patio café and lounge.

Nice if antiquated decor, large room, great balcony. I was pleased when I arrived as it looked nice but things went downhill very quickly. The front desk gentleman was not very well spoken and very difficult to understand. The room was big but the decor a little lackluster. For some reason our room wasnt made up the following day, the little coffee station wasnt replenished and when we reported a leak from our ceiling (it was raining heavily) the "fix" to the problem was simply to place a dirty plastic wash basin on the floor. We didnt want to move rooms but when we asked them to "fix" the problem we didnt except an ugly plastic bin in the middle of our floor. We've stayed at a Radissons before and never had such poor, sloppy and unprofessional service. Never again.

Comfortable bed (but not clean) The cleanliness of the room. There were little black hairs on the sheets.. table tops were not particularly clean. Phone didn't work in the room.

Nice large room. Good location Upon arrival, articles had been left behind from previous tenants that housekeeping obviously didn't see as a problem. Work was being done on the hotel internet wiring and the workmen left the ceiling tiles open in the bathroom with all the wires hanging out. Hotel rooms were comfortable, but rugs could use a good cleaning or replacing. They pride themselves in having sleep number beds, yet ours didn't seem to work properly, might have had something to do with the broken controller. They had an individual coffee maker, and provided limited supplies. I asked for more coffee our second day, which I got, but no extra condiments or paper cups were provided. Channels on the TV didn't always work. There was apparently a ration on toilet paper as no second roll was to be found when needed. Had problems with plumbing in the pool area and the pool was closed for the duration of our stay.

Everything was perfect. I loved the room with all the different pillows, the large beds and the big screen tv. All staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed having breakfast in the atrium - beautiful! Food was very good. I was looking for a quick snack late at night - nothing in the fridge (I.E. peanuts).

We enjoyed the nice upgrade to an executive suite as all of the king size rooms were sold out. Appreciated the prompt service as well. Friendly courteous staff.

Very clean rooms, excellent food, friendly staff. Parking was a bit of an issue since I do not drive a compact vehicle. Having the signs up that say 2 hour maximum, but allowing people to park for longer is deceiving.

Comfort of room and politeness of hotel staff. Although an error was made in booking staff dealt with it quickly. Apologized for the error quickly and for the wait while checking in. Which was only ten minutes or so. Found the room a little dirty. Hair on the bed along with a grease mark on the white duvee. Also upon check-in found that reservation was made under the wrong name but with my credit card information. More attention should be payed when booking is confired. Confirmation email had correct information but incorrect check-in information. Made for a delayed check-in but hotel staff rectified quickly and apologized a number of times.

the fitness room was awesome most amazing fitness room i have ever seen in any hotel.They were booked solid and actually upgraded our room on the house to a much more expensive suite with a jucuzzi and large living room and balcony and even a seprate living room.it was great everything like i said above it was great,I did unfortunately fall on the pool stairs when i got out of the pool and went to get something,coming back from the lockers and hurt my bum,my left ankle is scraped up and my right ankle was slightly twisted and baby right toe swelled up and both cause me some pain to walk even today,but was a great stay otherwise
