the beds were falling apart and very uncomfortable plus we got an unschedulled 4 am wake up call

The food at the resturant was not tasty and was overcookt.

I booked 2 rooms. One for myself and one for the person I brought to help me work. The room given to my employee was better located and a nicer room than the one I got. The second night I came from work at 12:00 am and the handle on the door was on a funny angle. I pushed the handle down and without my keycard the door opened. I had my laptop and an expensive meter in the room and was not impressed. The next night I came to the room the handle was straight down and my room key would not work. They sent up a security guy and he could not open it as well. I then waited for another gentlemen from the main desk who came up and managed to open the door. This took close to an hour. Please understand that we were getting up at 6:30 and not getting back to the hotel till after midnight so I was very upset about losing an additional hour of sleep. They moved me to a different room on day 4 and the night before we left when I came back to the room, again well after midnight my room was not made up and they had to send someone up to clean it. The person I brought with me also had one night that there room was not made up and on one night when we did not get in untill after 1:00 am he had a security guard enter his room at 2:00 am and enquire if there was anyone in the room. He did not get much sleep after that and again we were up at 6:30 am and off to work. I must say that I travel a lot for work and have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have not had a much worse experience at any time during my travels. I got rela tired of hereing everyone saying very sorry sir again and again. Most hotels I have stayed in when they have problems like this they generally apologize and upgrade you to a nicer room. I also must say that I was not at all impressed with the air mattresses in these rooms.

Bed was comfortable reasonably priced

Botanica restaurant food not a highlight--went to the mall my 3rd night. Walls a little thin, but fortunately neighbors were not too noisy. No movie channel for purchase

Main lobby apperance and seating was very comfortable .

Sleep beds don't work that great and every time someone turns on a tap in another room , it squeels in your room.

We chose the Radisson as a place to break our Canadian holiday between west and east. Comfort, great service, great food and a great deal via booking.com. Not close to the city, but that didn't matter as we just wanted a day to relax between hectic travel schedules. A great place to do this!

Good Location if travelling to airport next morning

Wasn't thrilled with the bed. You could set your "firmness" of the mattress but this bed wasn't overly comfortable. Bathroom was small.

Spacious room. Jacuzzi spa. King size bed. Loved the view of the city and mountains. Close to everything. Could not hear traffic below, which was nice. Food and drinks at the bar was good. Staff at front desk very helpful in giving us directions.

Our bed was supposed to be a sleep number bed, but wasn't, asked at the desk, but nothing was done about it.

The carpet in the room was very very stained...sorta grossed me out actually..rm# 811
