Radisson needs a lot of tlc no Breakfast included in high price Noisy compared to neighboring hotels in area

I was dismayed to find that the hotel had no record of my reservation when I arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travel and meetings. The hotel staff were very accommodating and found a room for me and gave me the rate that I book over the internet.

but they didn't clean up our room at all, we found that when we came back at 11:00 pm... and we had no clean towel to use and we have to request for room clean up during midnight... very frustrating...

Too far from airport confusion re shuttles to airport no help with bags the silly number bed

The food at the resturant was not tasty and was overcookt.

I booked 2 rooms. One for myself and one for the person I brought to help me work. The room given to my employee was better located and a nicer room than the one I got. The second night I came from work at 12:00 am and the handle on the door was on a funny angle. I pushed the handle down and without my keycard the door opened. I had my laptop and an expensive meter in the room and was not impressed. The next night I came to the room the handle was straight down and my room key would not work. They sent up a security guy and he could not open it as well. I then waited for another gentlemen from the main desk who came up and managed to open the door. This took close to an hour. Please understand that we were getting up at 6:30 and not getting back to the hotel till after midnight so I was very upset about losing an additional hour of sleep. They moved me to a different room on day 4 and the night before we left when I came back to the room, again well after midnight my room was not made up and they had to send someone up to clean it. The person I brought with me also had one night that there room was not made up and on one night when we did not get in untill after 1:00 am he had a security guard enter his room at 2:00 am and enquire if there was anyone in the room. He did not get much sleep after that and again we were up at 6:30 am and off to work. I must say that I travel a lot for work and have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have not had a much worse experience at any time during my travels. I got rela tired of hereing everyone saying very sorry sir again and again. Most hotels I have stayed in when they have problems like this they generally apologize and upgrade you to a nicer room. I also must say that I was not at all impressed with the air mattresses in these rooms.

We chose the Radisson as a place to break our Canadian holiday between west and east. Comfort, great service, great food and a great deal via booking.com. Not close to the city, but that didn't matter as we just wanted a day to relax between hectic travel schedules. A great place to do this!

Easy to find an get to from the events I had to attend.

Couldn't get a refund on my payment. Had offers to stay with family but couldn't if I didn't want to lose my deposit.

The bed was a sleep by number and I loved it...

The carpet in the room was very very stained...sorta grossed me out actually..rm# 811

Did not like the extra charges on top of my quoted amount. Won't book again unless all charges are up front.

They need better coffee service in the early morning.
