the view, the food, the bed, the staff
Close to all amenities - staff recommendations of restaurants were spot on. Bed was super comfortable - room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and view while eating were excellent.
Would come again in a heartbeat.
Having Aquaterra on site was a huge bonus. Room was ok, obviously an older hotel given a facelift. Great beds.
Even thou there was a couple of minor maintenance problems staff were quick to repair them & for our inconvenience gave us a voucher for breakfast.
Friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. Also really liked the layout and view
On the second night of our stay we arrived back to our room and there was a strange loud noise coming from the vent. Within 30 mins we had been moved to a new room and given vouchers for breakfast, fantastic
To break up the drive from Toronto to Quebec City we decided to spend the night in Kingston - we arrived late and had a nice meal at the restaurant - enjoyed our clean and comfortable room - then had a quick and lovely breakfast the next morning - we would come back again.
I liked the lobby and the evening restaurant. The view was fabulous. The bathroom tub was not clean!
The tub was not clean in our room.
The room was modern and looked new. Clean as a whistle. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep ever. Loved the walk in shower. The techy stuff was appreciated especially the bedside module with sleep music and connectivity to iPad and iPod. The view amazing, great windows. Room service outstanding. It will be the only place we go in Kingston from now on.
Absolutely nothing. Even the parking, although small, was still available to us at a time when so much was going on in the City.
Location - easy walk to restaurants and all amenities. Easy, convenient parking Very comfortable room Excellent restaurant
The rooms all overlook the water so you are pretty much guaranteed a nice view. Trendy lobby decor with bar and restaurant also overlooking the harbor and Kingston city hall. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are well-equipped.
Size of room, beds were warm and comfortable, view of the St Lawrence River, great food
Parking was chaos
Beautiful Hotel with all the modern amenities
Ongoing construction means if you drive a larger vehicle such as a truck forget about staying here...unless you like to make eight point turns...tight space with no drive through exit.
Clean, quiet room
Small room for the money, limited parking and construction in the parking area made navigation a challenge.
I like everything. Could not find any faults at all.
Parking under repair but staff handled it with grace and excellence.
Great location Excellent staff Super clean Wonderful beds
Location location location. View from room Helpful staff
Friendly modern hotel
Nothing in particular
Luxury Hotel on the Waterfront. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Comfortable hotel room and bed. Very nice can definitely recommend.
I stayed only one night in Kingston and since that being my first one ever I wanted to enjoy a nice dine-out. I was recommended the restaurant which is directly hosted by the hotel. I am not usually a big fan of hotel restaurants but this one was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the staff was outstanding!!! Apparently the best rated restaurant in Kingston. I would definitely go back.
Clean and comfortable rooms Excellent small gym Fabulous views Very good food Terrific coffee (Starbucks)
Strange entryway. Main entry is through the car park.
beautiful room, beautiful view, amazing breakfast great location, within walking distance to many things
parking situation was difficult. There was no attendant to tell you where to park, they do not offer valet. Fog horn blaring at 6am was not the way I wanted to wake up
