the extra cot in the room was NOT A GOOD ONE...did not sleep at all as middle of cot was broken and sleeping in a V shape is impossible. new cot would be huge improvement rm109

The staff was so warm and friendly. Room and view was amazing. Parking was close. Over all experience was wonderful and would recommend the Raddison to anyone a 10+

Good location for where I needed to be, I was checked in early and the staff were pretty accommodating. Attached to some fantastic restaurants too.

* we were looking so forward to a night away from home, and a great sleep, and instead, we both had a terrible sleep because of the "adjustable" beds. The technology was very difficult to use, and was not at all comfortable, no matter how we set it. Also, once it is set, it's hard to move around in bed because the firmness is different everywhere. We were really disappointed, and although we liked the location and price, we unfortunately won't be able to stay there again due to this reason. This was not money well spent for us that night! We're not sure if other customers feel the same way, but those beds were definitely not for us! Thank you for the chance to express our concerns, and take care.

Breakfast area was only buffet stlyle offering. Would expect full service menu for the quality of this hotel that they project.

Location is south end close to 401 & a great restaurant shares the parking lot.

The walls are paper thin as are the doors. The ice machine outside our room may as well have been inside it. A meeting room on the same floor "needed" to be cleaned for some reason at 11pm. Glasses on a trolley rolling down the hall twice; vacuuming, etc. The bathroom sink was cracked beyond repair & appeared to have been that way for a long time. Although everything was very clean, I could not say I would ever repeat my stay in that hotel.

toilet ran every 10 minutes. Water in toilet bowl was too high. Street noise, even on 10th floor. Ice station on 10th floor didn't work

Fast check-in and out. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet and reasonably convenient.

Hotel has seen better days. Carpet in room was worn out and stained. Adjustable air mattress bed was a torture rack and neither of us had a good nights sleep as a result.

Je suis arrivée trés tard dans la nuit vers 11h pm, il n'y avait pas de chariot pour monter mes affaires, je n'ai pas eu d'aide, j'étais avec un ami de retour de eu, nous avions attendu 20 minutes un des employés est allé au garage vérifier s'il y avait un chariot mais a mis trop de temps pour revenir et la réceptioniste ne s'est mêm pas excusée, de plus j'avais réservé une suite on m,vait donné une chambre ordinaire, j'ai due fouiller dans mes affores pour reyrover la confirmation de réservation j'ai trouvé l'hôtel et le personnel ordinaire, je voyage beaucoup poyr mon travail , il est certain que je ne retournerais plus à cet hotel
