They did not have a room reserved for us, they could not find anything with our confirmation number - they did end up giving us anoth3er room but were going to charge us more since it was a suite until I spoke up....The parking lot at this hotel is horrible!! |

good location, nice lounge and food wasvery good. comfortable rooms I had booked a king size reservation and upon arrivao the hotel changed the room to two queen. the sleep number beds are noit comfortable at all. |

The reception staff gave us free parking across the hotel for the night/day. It was much appreciated. There was only a smoking room available and the smell of smoke lingered in the bed linens - dissipated after awhile but was not pleasant initially. |

The waterslides and the fact that you can see the whole pool/hot tub/ waterslide from wherever you are. |

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and accessible. Your first impression of the hotel is great as you enter the lobby. The recreation/pool room is in disrepair. One of the two waterslides is out of service, and half of the games in the game room were not working. |

Location is perfect. Not the Radisson standard! Old hotel and is it not so clean as can expected for this price. Rooms are OK,only the heating tool is so laud that vake me up on each turn on. |
