Radisson hotel is located at a strategic location from where one can shop at walking distance .

I didn't like the level of noise from the heating system.

Next to the river was nice, very close for walking. Underground parking was great.

Complimentary breakfast would have been a nice added touch to the price you pay.

The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide, and me and the wife enjoyed the comfort of the room.

very nice staff when they found out we were there to see son in hospital gave us free parking.

Kind of expensive for the room

Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. Parking staff also were friendly. Room was clean and had a magnificent view of the river. The location was very convenient for our purposes. Room service breakfast was delicious and served on time.

Bar staff were friendly but got my order wrong (it was a simple order). Children not allowed in the bar area at any time. Elevators were painfully slow!! We waited 10 minutes one afternoon!! It was a busy weekend but the elevator definitely need upgrading!!

I love the central location close to the other hotels and the places where we have most of our meetings.

Because the dining area is smaller, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes on two different occasions and thus chose to walk down the street and eat at the Sheraton. It was a busy weekend with the wrla show but I felt the hotel could have been better prepared considering the events going on.

the location is fantastic

no mini fridge in rooms or snack vending machines. the front lobby was very dirty carpets and couches were not clean. Disapointed with television options movies on demand are a nice option to have

they gave me a room after finding out that my 3 week reservation through www.booking.com was never confirmed by booking.com .. i just was lucky someone had just cancelled!

Quiet room!!!We are seniors and have had so many bad experiences with noise ( traffic;partiers;building systems) at other hotels. Very friendly helpful staff. Good downtown location. Excellent restaurant/lounge services.

The room was adequate. The location is good if you don't have a vehicle.

I was booked for a Supreme Queen was given a regular room, but charged for the Supreme Queen. It was difficult getting the room rate lowered, but I was tenacious and got it reduced by $20 which, I doubt, was an adequate reduction for a regular room. I was there over the weekend and on Saturday morning housekeeping was knocking at my door at 8am to clean my room. They came back at 8.30 and 9.30 and finally I left the room so they could clean it at 10.30 am. I found it odd that they would disturb a guest so early on the weekend especially when that guest was not checking out. The staff tried to be helpful with inquiries, but didn't seem to know what they were talking about.

Cleanliness, location.

The hotel did not have a record of my reservation. I did not receive a confirmation number only a PIN. The desk staff could not locate a PIN.

The room was absolutely beautiful and because of Booking.com we received an excellent deal.Short walk to the river and close to downtown amenities. No bathtub in the room, but the shower was big enough for two (or more) and had a shower wand.

Our initial visit was a bit stressful as a H.O.g (Harley-Davidson Owner Group) took up the street entrance to the hotel with motorcycle parking. The first person I interacted with at the front desk was a bit snotty. I had a small problem with the hotel not having found the reservation, so luckily I had the Booking.com email on my phone, and one quick no-wait call to Booking.com and it was sorted out.

We stay at the Radisson everytime we come to Saskatoon, I have memories linked to this hotel and my daughter who is nine says you have the most comfortable beds.

It was within walking distance of the tcu centre,it was clean, also the meals were reasonably priced.Staff were helpfull,we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were very accomodating - restaurant was good - location was good.

We did not receive the room we booked through booking.com. We were suppose to have 2 queen beds but instead we got 1 bed and and 1 pull out! And the pullout sheets were dirty!! The parking sucks! You have to pay as their underground parking was full..
