The location was great, generally very quiet hotel, very nice

The staff, location and restaurant - all exceeded expectations. The room was very large and the bed and bedding exceeded expectations as well. The staff all so friendly and helpful. The valet service was excellent. The restaurant food and staff were both excellent.

There was construction so a lot of noise near my room during the day. Only one elevator was operating so sometimes had to wait a long time for it. Then, when it would finally come, it would be full of construction workers with big loads of supplies. It was very annoying and awkward. The other issue - minor - was the tub....it was old and small and the taps didn't work well. Couldn't get hot water, just warm. Lower end motel quality would best describe that.

Great location for downtown, enjoyed the spacious suite design of the rooms. Hotel staff was very accommodating and Ryan Duffy's is one of my favorite dining spots. Quiet and nice view of the Harbour.

The rooms were a bit dated and I have never been a fan of sleep number beds, they are not very comfortable.

When we pulled out the sofa bed (which was very uncomfortable) there were cherrios on the bed and underneath it. I went looking for a tylenol for a headache around 11 pm and was told I could get one at Shoppers on Spring Garden about a 1/2 walk away.

Airport shuttle not available, staff did find a good alternative

The room was very spacious, very clean, a nice big comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Location of the hotel was great, you could walk anywhere in downtown Halifax.

The only thing I didn't like was that the duvet was not covered by a sheet on both sides.

Didn't get shampoo one day another day didn't replenish coffee (just a minor annoyance) but front desk staff was helpful.

The suite was lovely and had a great view of the harbor, which was bustling with the Buskers' Festival. The restaurant offered excellent service and food.

Big rooms!! Big beds! Really nice! Bath-tub! Yes!

It is not the "newest" hotel, furniture from the early 90s or something, but the space, comfort and service makes up for that! I had a great stay.

View from 8th floor of Harbor was very good. Some amenities complimentary (water, tea, coffee).

Suite had some wasted space that could be utilized better (kitchenette & dining room table area).

Convenient location in heart of downtown; walking distance to Metro Centre, bar district and other attractions. Large suite with harbour view. Prompt and courteous valet parking.

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet. Great view from south-facing 8th floor windows. Very nicely located and within walking distance of just about all downtown sights and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached. In-hotel restaurant is privately owned, not a chain, and serves very good food. Other restaurants and pubs are within close distances.

Location

Immediately upon check in the front desk clerk told us the rooms had no air conditioning. When we entered our rooms it was so hot we had to go for a walk. The staff didn't offer a price reduction a coupon for a later stay they gave us the smallest fan in the world. So I really think they lacked consideration of our discomfort. I would have to say when its 28 degress Celcius outside why isn't your air conditioning available. We spent 350. To stay there and had the worst sleep of our lives. One of the kids had a cold bath at 3am it was that hot. None of us slept well..

We hebben voor een verblijf van een nacht twee keer moeten klagen over de kamer en twee keer van kamer verwisseld. Het personeel reageerde daar heel vriendelijk en geduldig op. De locatie is goed, dicht bij het historisch deel aan het water en loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.

De algemene uitstraling van het hotel is klein en donker, weinig chic zoals je zou verwachten bij een 4-sterren hotel. Het hotel is schoon maar maakt een versleten indruk. De eerste kamer was veel te warm terwijl de airco het niet deed. De receptie beloofde dat het met een paar uur in orde kwam, maar dat was niet zo. In de tweede kamer hoorden we 's avonds een indringend gedruin, afkomstig van de installatie op de topverdieping. In de derde kamer hebben we overnacht in zeer hard krakende bedden en doorgezakte matrassen. Deze matrassen konden we naar believen harder of zachter oppompen maar in de loop van de nacht liepen ze leeg. Kortom een de naam Radisson onwaardig hotel met een te hoge prijs.

Chambre suite deux lits king size vaste et confortable. Belle vue sur le port (après changement de chambre).

Restauration de piètre qualité pas en rapport avec la classe de l'hotel.

Locatio Location Older hotel- renovated /clean The only comment that we have........gentleman at desk was only able to reccomend 1 restaurant around corner. Didn't know until next am that hotel had restaurant which was very nice.

Grande chambre, tranquilité

Staff members were friendly and very helpful, rooms very comfortable and clean ,location was excellent for all downtown Halifax had to offer.

The suite was comfortable , we enjoyed the sauna and pool!

Waiting 30 minutes for valet parking to bring up our vehicle in the morning! And housekeeping banging on the door when I had told front desk I was checking out at noon. Our granddaughter also complained she was cold during the night sleeping on the pull out sofa!

Zentrale Lage in Hafennähe, gutes Restaurant im Haus, vernünftige Preise, freundliche Mitarbeiter

It was close to the Boardwalk and to Pier One and other Harbour attractions. The central location made it easy to walk to the attractions and to relax on the boardwalk.
